Oscar was excellent! I had a terrible experience over the phone with customer service and he was able to get my problems resolved all while another customer was having a shouting match with one of the representatives. I feel really bad for what the representatives in the store have to go through. Oscar if you ever get the chance to read this I don’t think you deserved that and the other representative didn’t either. Hopefully all goes well. Thanks again for your help

Really bad service, i came by for a payment for my cancelled account but she wouldn’t allow me to translate to my dad and i took the phone of customer service asked him if i can translate and he said yes, and she was not answering our questions but just telling us it $0 an my account and she was making weird thing to tell me it $0 thinking idk English but I’mjust trying to confirm, really bad customer service

I came in and gave one of the employees, Chris, a little bit of sass. He still assisted me with getting a new phone and remained professional the entire time. Stay cool Chris!

I had an exceptional experience with T-Mobile! Their customer service was top-notch, and the support I received from their team members, Andre and Chris, was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure and found the perfect solution for my needs and made the entire process seamless. Kudos to T-Mobile for their excellent service and a special thanks to Andre and Chris for their professionalism and assistance!

This was the only T mobile that couldn’t help me, or wouldn’t take the time to try to help me. I ended up upgrading at another shop down the road smoothly instead within the same hour.

The T-Mobile system kept experiencing issues and wouldn’t allow us to transfer a phone or log into our account. Tim stayed way past the end of his shift until the problems were resolved and patiently explained every step to us. Tim makes T-Mobile tolerable.

Went in due to my phone having a cracked screen, phone worked great had it for a very long time was happy with what I had but didn’t know what to do about my cracked screen. Told DeJon I wanted whatever I could get for a free upgrade I didn’t want to get stuck paying any extra each month. He tried to sell me the iPhone 14 but I asked if it’d cost me extra each month and he said yes so I said no. He then said we have this 5G deal where you can trade in your current phone for a free iPhone 14, but I’d have to go next door to ifix it I believe it’s called and get my screen fixed because we can’t trade in a cracked screen. So I went next door paid $170 for a new screen so I could get the new phone for free. Should of just kept my working phone now with a new screen but why not get a brand new one for free. So I did went back and transferred everything and got the new phone left my old phone. Got my bill a week or so later and it went from $155/mo to $221/mo. I paid the installation fee and taxes all that in the store when I switched my phone. So I go in and DeJon is there, I show him my bill on my app and he says I have to call customer service. 7 calls and lots of tears later and being told different story after different story (my phone only qualified for $275 discount, oh no it was $380 off, sorry the wrong promo was applied, the store hasn’t sent your phone back, you have to have the new 5G plan in order to qualify for the new phone) went back and forth between customer service and the store and nothing they can do I’m stuck with the new plan in order to get my phone for free. I specifically told him several times even when going back in I just wanted whatever I could get for a free upgrade I did not want to pay anything more. There was another gentleman in there at the same time he was doing the same thing with. I don’t want anyone else to get taken advantage of. Nothing is ever truly free ask lots of questions on what you are getting. The salespeople get extra commission and bonuses for this stuff. Karma is a beautiful thing do right by people.

Was by on Friday which was the drop day for the I phone 15. Oscar was great, helping me get my own plan on the go to 5 g, while switching my home internet, and went to a lot of trouble to make sure it worked right. Also helped with info on my switch from Samsung to I phoneAwesome service!

I visited this store last Thursday and received excellent customer service from Oscar. He was friendly, kind, helpful and really did an excellent job in helping me transfer my files to my new phone. I really appreciate excellent customer service. While he was busy I asked one of his co-workers for help, and he was rude and short tempered, which only made Oscar stand out even more. While there a Spanish speaking man came in and was happy to see he is bilingual too. Thank you young man!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I honestly would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I was immediately profiled by a female employee who checked to see if my drivers license was real, like first off lady if somebody wants to pretend to be me and pay my cell phone bill, please LET THEM lol!! I was trying to explain my billing problem with the male employees but they wouldn’t allow me to explain my situation either they kept cutting me off and none of them knew their math and one of the male employees had the audacity to say I know you don’t understand this math because you’re disabled not knowing that I am a successful business co-owner in Aurora , who probably makes more than all of those employees put together before taxes!But it’s fine all you gotta do is show me once you don’t want my business and I will take it elsewhere. Which I did I went to another carrier and got the new iPhone 14 Pro and Apple watch transferred over with a $60 monthly payment. Not only that, but when I told my mother, what happened, she’ll be canceling her business account with T-Mobile which held 20 iPhones and three Apple watches first thing in the morning. This location definitely could use some customer service training because ain’t nobody got time to argue with employees who aren’t even in my tax bracket.Do better T-Mobile!!

Chris and Katelynn were amazing! Chris helped me get my wife a brand new phone and he was all around wonderful to work with. We also watched Katelynn deal with a particularly rude customer and she handled herself very professionally! 10/10 would recommend this location!

Service in this store is very slow. Employees don't multi task, so you could be waiting an hour+ for something simple.
