Rude, late teen early twenties, guys who are rude, combative, had multiple inappropriate convos while I was in there. They also ignored me for what seemed like 5 mins and acted like i was a nuisance just for coming into the store. They get 2 stars because at least they were able to get the task done that I needed.

This was my 3rd stop at T-Mobile to get my mom a new phone the other two T-Mobile stores had horrible customer service and didn’t have the phone we wanted. So we decided to stop at one more store and we had awesome customer service Vincent that helped us answered all my questions and got us out of there within no time. Definitely recommend this store and Vincent.

I’m here now working with Chris and this guy was amazing. We were in and out within minutes and he got us set up with everything and fixed our previous phone. Two thumbs and five stars. Thanks Chris.

Stopped by today to get a new phone, and my overall experience was great. Alex was so professional and kind-I would come to this location for him, because it's not always easy to find someone so smart and helpful.

This store sucks. There are never enough employees. Then they con you into new plans & lie about what the difference in monthly payments are. I think these people work on commission. I went to another tmobil store where I got honest results. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Never again

The customer service at this location is horrendous! We have been here for almost 20 mins and not one person has even acknowledged our existence. Come on T-Mobile, even if you are busy, you can still have some common courtesy and at least say something to the people in your store.

Good afternoon, I have been coming to this store for years and suddenly I have a despotic manager who denies me a copy of my bill and says that he can't because the t-mobile rules have changed, I spoke to the direct phone and they say that it is a lie of this person called isac p and what a shame that he is latino is the worst

I am a loyal T-Mobile customer and will remain so. I'm not happy about the service I received. I visited this location on May 7th and upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S8 to a Samsung Galaxy S23. I didn't address this earlier because I wanted to get my new bill to get the full picture, I got my new bill recently. Jesus serviced me. He was not straight with me and left out a lot of details. *Edited to add he told me my bill would be $110/mo. When I said that was too high, he said I could get it for $88 a month instead and that's what I agreed to* He sold me a plan that credits $25 a month for this $33 a month phone and adds a second line. Okay, cool, I get this fancy phone for $8 a month. I can live with that. He did tell me told me my bill would be $18 more a month instead (total $88) of what it actually is, which is $40 more a month ($110). I asked, $18 a month for three years and he said yes. He didn't tell me I'd be paying an additional $29 a month for this extra line (that I don't use) or about the $5 extra a month for the 5G 55 plan (which I get understand, since I was on a 4G phone plan) or the additional $8 a month for the phone. I was a little suspicious because he didn't give me a print out of my plan changes. He hand wrote $88. I should have asked for a print from the computer. Goodness, that might have taken forever. The computers were so slow that day. Everytime I asked a question he had to go to the computer and it took forever for the data to load. The customers who were there when I got there at 3:15 p.m. were finally done around 5:00. After I waited for help, it took 1 hour 45 min to close me out and I still had to finish transferring files from the S8 to S23 at home (I was glad to to get out of the store). On the plus side, the store was well supplied and clean. I got the phone in the color I wanted and they had the protective screen cover and protective case. Both techs were friendly.

These guys are very patient, thorough and efficient. They worked through a very high volume of customers pretty quickly, answered all questions, and even treated a man who had been there for hours asking everything from how to turn his device on to what google is and what his own passwords were with amazing levels of patience to boot. Very impressed with this location and the employee's level of customer service.

Went in to get a new sim and Joseph the store manager was excellent. Great customer service definitely will be back.
