Beware of cashiers - Just found out that the gift card I bought for a family member for Christmas is empty. I went through the normal checkout thinking it would be easier (I also had a few other items) but the girl ringing my order up acted like she was having issues scanning the card, so she took a few steps away from the register to grab another that was hanging next to her. I didn't think anything of it, but when my sister went to use it the other day there was $0 on the card. We've called and got nowhere. All we been told is the card was activated but no money was every added. I no longer have my paper receipt, but there is a digital copy on my target acct and still they refuse to replace/refund. If you're thinking of getting someone a gift card, be safe and buy it online!

I literally came here for one item - maternity shorts. They are difficult to find in the middle of winter. And I found one pair left in the maternity section that was my size. It was a miracle! But then when I went to check out they rang up as a salvage item and the girl told me that they couldn't sell it to me and she took them. I literally begged to keep them.... I'm 7 months pregnant and just want a stupid pair of maternity shorts for my vacation and have gone to several stores already...

I always love this Target and go here for my online orders - they are always super quick and nice!Well tonight I am unsure why the young lady that came to our car was in the mood she was but absolutely uncalled for. I had my app open with the code and she walks up to the car, didn’t say a word - looked at my phone - went back to my trunk and opened it up but she slammed my trunk door so hard, with an entire attitude. Didn’t say a word then walked off.Unacceptable to say the least. Do better.

I think that target is one of the number one stores that is USA product. Very good customer service at least in the one in Aurora Colorado off of I 225 in Mississippi not a better place I would like to shop I always have the things that I need and for the two years that I’ve been shopping through the drive up I’ve never had the substitute anything. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Target drive up (and groceries) are wonderful for those with a disability or mobility issue. This adds another store to the list that can help those with disabilities live fuller and more independent lives.

Entire mens clothing section is locked up, even the underwear. The stringent loss prevention measures and lack of employees make it almost impossible to shop normally.

First of all if you need to call the store, no one answers. Only the pharmacy answers their phone. This can be problematic when trying to resolve an issue. The store looks good after the makeover even though the employees are scarce and don't pay much attention to customers.CVS is awesome though

So many things to choose from. This store has groceries, toiletries, toys, clothing, the list goes on and on. He wanted to check out the toys and I browsed in the makeup section. The prices are average but not as good as Walmart. Large parking lot in the mall. A Starbucks to take a break in. Larger selections at this location makes for more available choices.

Went to buy a pair of thermals and had to wait for someone to come unlock the door because socks and thermals are behind a glass case. If you have to lock these items away then you need to make sure to have adequate staff so customers won't wait for so long to look at the locked up items. The only positive was an associate named Josh who helped us in that area, can't blame him at all as he was working as fast as he could. Target needs to do better and help their associates and help their customers. Josh 5 ⭐️ Target ?

I walked away from a cart with around 200.00 worth of food and other household things and they told me I couldn't use the self checkout because I had more than 10 items but they only had one full service lane open with people backed up across the main isle. And none in the self checkout so I will never spend another nickel in a target store. . If I could I would give them a neg. 5 rating

Asked to checkout with cashiers vs using self checkout?? Done shopping, my mother and I proceeded to self checkout because it was empty and would rather quickly check out then wait in line at one of the three cashiers they only ever have available. We picked the self check out register closest to the exit of the self checkout area right next to the customer service rep. that stands there. The customer service rep. then asked us to check out with the cashiers as our cart "contained more than 10 items and a larger item". I advised the customer service rep. that it was in fact two separate transactions and grabbed my items from the cart and proceeded to check out at a register across from my mother. When I returned a minute later to the register my mother was at, she was finishing up checking out. Once she was done, the customer service rep. proceeded to ask for her receipt. As if it was really necessary as my mother checked out literally one foot away directly in front of the customer service rep. I am not sure what her issue was with us as two paying customers that were just trying to peacefully check out and go about our day. We left very confused, inconvenienced and with a terrible experience. We did not appreciate the unnecessary confrontation or the added harassment.
