Avoid this store at all costs!! The management is horrible and mistreat & discriminate against their employees. The store director (Becky) is extremely rude and racist and overall the store just has a very negative feel to it. Just depressing to walk in.

This review is for curbside pick up. My order was ready within minutes of placing. It was in my car within 2 mins of saying “I’m here.” The representative was courteous and kind. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Only self checkout open and the person watching it was on his cell phone more than tending to guests or maybe directing to service desk. The line was streched down past the checkouts and took 10-15 minutes of the line growing for someone to decide to ask for someone to jump onto a lane.

Black History items that say in stocks not in stocks. Online says stores in Colorado have items per customer service NO store in Colorado has items. TARGET do better with online and in store items. Also if items drop on a day have the displayed and not in stocks room.

Fairly decent store. The issue is the self checkout Lanes. There are only four, and most of the time at least half of them are down. They need to get their equipment working correctly. Last time I was in I was due 42,000 in cash back. And today when I went in, the machine was not taking cash. So, had to wait in line to get a machine that was working. Their Tech Team/ Tech issues are horrible.

Reserved an item for pickup while in Colorado Springs. Drove 40 minutes to find out they did not have the item anymore, despite our reservation and payment. Not to mention, they hung up twice while I was trying to call to see if we needed to drive the last 20 minutes.

Drive-up is always fast and friendly at this Target. Sometimes the selection availability is not as great, but at least there is an option with the app to have the item shipped to your home if it is out of stock at the store.

I had a very weird experience here recently. I found a Funko Pop I wished to purchase in the collectible figurine section of the store. While using self checkout (no registers were open), I scanned my item, and the screen stated I needed an employees assistance. The employee quickly came over and scanned the pop with their handheld. The employee then told me they would "be right back" and then went to customer service with the pop figure. The employee then comes back empty-handed and told me they could not sell me the pop. I went to customer service and asked them why. They said it was "zeroed out in the system" and could not sell it to me and that the pop would "go to salvage." I showed them where the pop was available to purchase on their own website. No matter what I said, they would not sell it to me. It seems very odd that they would turn away my money for something that was currently listed on their website.

I came to target this morning to get some new headphones. I had to return 2 pairs to find the right ones and then when I did finally find a great pair they weren't charged and I really needed them right away so ZUMA helped me get my headphones charged up and assured me if they didn't work she'd help me with an exchange. Cathy was also very friendly and helpful doing my returns. Great employees, great service that shouldn't go unnoticed!! Thanks Zuma ??

Tons of employees just standing around at customer service and no lanes at all open for check out. The line is always 20 people deep. Stock is always low.

Maybe you hire actual people to work the registers instead of making people stan in line for half an hour because you don't want to pay anyone. Whatever improves the bottom line for your shareholders, right?
