lady was absolutely rude to us for no reason. We entered a fitting room because for one it was unlocked and for two, there’s no sign saying otherwise or any staff to tell us otherwise. Us along with another person went into the fitting room and once one of the staff saw she was absolutely rude to us about it saying we have to ask making us feel horrible. If they would rather have us ask to use a fitting room it should have been locked, they should have been waiting near the fittings rooms, and there should be a sign rather than being extremely rude about it. (side note it spells absolutely putrid)

Something is seriously wrong with the store. The overwhelming sewage smell made it impossible to shop. The staff were not concerned at all. I heard several people complaining.

As much as I like Tillys. I am a bit disappointed with them. I went to the store at 10:30 am to purchase a few things totaling $104.00. Around noon, I receive a $20 off $100 purchase text.... Unbelievable. I was tempted to return the items and repurchase them with my extra $20 off, but not interested. I'll just make sure I dont ever spend another $20 in Tillys.

Made a purchase, gave my email address for rewards points, and the cashier, Amaya, forgot one letter. I let her know the one letter that was missing, she says “ohhh” as if she would correct it, but she never did. I notice on my receipt she didn’t link my rewards account so I didn’t get my points. Went back in the store and Amaya refused to correct it and said we had to call customer service to add the points. So, due to the lack of effort from Amaya, I have to put in the extra effort to correct her mistake. If you’re going to ask for an email address as part of the purchase transaction, then at least put in the right one rather than pretend you will.
I also asked for a specific shirt that was on display in front of the store. I asked an employee for assistance in finding the shirt and she said she didn’t think they had the shirt but didn’t bother to look at the display. I was able to find the shirt myself in the back corner of the store.

We love the selection of clothes and the prices are typical. The rewards program is average. Their sales are good. It's a weird vibe with the staff. They either completely stalk you the very second you walk in the door, or they are kind of snotty and aloof. There is no in between.

All I wanted was to look around. I was open to buying multiple things such as swimsuits, hoodies, t-shirts. When I walked in they asked me what I was here for and I responded with “I’m just looking around.” The workers then kept questioning me about what exactly I was looking around for. I wanted to shop in peace so I just said t-shirts (It was the first thing I could think of) thinking they’ll tell me about the deals and let me be. I wouldn’t even get halfway down the T-shirt aisle and the workers would stop and question me. “Didn’t find anything yet?” I haven’t even had a chance to look?! This went on for at least 10 mins and I get that’s friendliness but anytime I went to look at other stuff in the store they’d stop me and bring me back to the shirts. I didn’t need a personal shopper and I wasn’t trying to shoplift… I don’t know what this was about. Not coming back..

Customer service was always there the ladies were really nice asking me what I want and I got 2 pairs of pants and they gave me buy one get one free deal and everyone had a welcome vibe the store had a diverse selection of clothing I love this store will definitely be buying from here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this location on July 28th 2023, I had help finding my style and getting clothes for back to school, jazmyn and angel helped me soo incredibly much and were so nice and so so so and I mean SO honest in a positive way, they picked out clothes for my body type that were flattering and they took time to get to know me and my mom to better help us, all while taking detours to still be helpful to other people! ?

For starters we were not told that store was closing early on Sunday. We were as well not informed that the store had closed and then we're very rudely informed that the store had closed and were threatened with being kicked out. My friend was trying on clothes and the employee was acting extremely rude to her. The employee was not helpful at all redirecting me to clothing styles I was not interested in even after being corrected by me. I would not recommend anyone come here. They also locked the doors while we were still in the store. Again I want to say that not at any point were we told that the store was closing or had closed while we were in the fitting rooms.

I would never shop there again...the clothes didn't fit and they don't give refunds and no one told me that...but said that it's on the receipt. The store is a rip off and not very friendly...
