I had a return and the manager saw me and then turned around to do other stuff even though there was a long line and only one other cashier. Finally after a few minutes she called me over and made a loud sigh when I told her I had a return. Never smiles and seems miserable every time I see her there. If you hate it that much, stay home. Customer service is not your thing.

Very small amount of men's products. About 10/90 on that front.
Whereas I understand customer service. The last 3 times I was in there a lot of the cashiers spent 5-10m/customer. Which would be fine if the line wasn't 20 deep with 1-2 cashiers.
Pretty fun assortment of stuff however and is not a terrible place and worth a stop if you have time

Normally, TJMaxx is my absolute favorite. But I despise the floor change you guys just did. There is zero room in the isles to shop, even when you first open. Highly disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Some of the cashiers are very snooty and stuck up.
Went in yesterday and there was a lady with a green stripped dress (Hispanic) that pushed the button for her register. As soon as I walked up she looked at me and she walked away. She kept looking back and giving me dirty looks, so I just returned back to the line.
But maybe they need to screen these people a little more before they hire them? No reason for a cashier to think they’re better than others.

Everyone has always been nice here sadly one person can ruin it all. I left my wallet in a cart that wasn’t strolling too great. My husband went to switch it out and in the process forgot my wallet in the cart when he switched carts. When we were checking out there was an Asian lady with glasses and almost screamed at us because we went to the “ wrong register “ she scolded my husband with a nasty tone and said NO RIGHT HERE .. then as we were leaving I realized my wallet wasn’t in the new cart. In a panic I asked a nice blonde girl .. she recalled the same rude lady that checked us out and I hear the lady go UGHH. So I’m waiting for her to be finished checking out other customers and the lady screams loudly “WHERE IS SHE !?” The blonde girl goes she’s right here. I walk up to her and she has the nerve to tell me in a stern LOUD voice “WHY DID YOU LEAVE IT !? YOUR SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR STUFF” “ HUH ?! WHY DIDNT YOU KEEP TRACK MM !?” I stood there honestly in shock. I had never been scolded by a person at a store over a mistake… I am a young mom of two babies I try my best to keep track of things … my husband didn’t check for my wallet I mistakenly forgot to tell him and to think this lady had such a lack of compassion and then chewed me out in front of so many people. I was so embarrassed. And I apologize for describing her by her looks but that’s the only way management will know who I’m talking about. She was mid aged with glasses and looked to be asian. She had me so upset. I felt like a child be scolded and screamed at. She was annoyed that I wanted MY WALLET back and she had to take the time to open her drawer and give it to me. She lacked compassion and patience. She was so rude and sadly I think she may be a store lead which is even worse… what a great example for your associates ! So sad and barbaric of her !

Finally, the store is back with a lot of selections. Wonderful organization of every area, including bath and bedding. Great clothing and shoe selection, as well as bath, pet, cookware, men’s and children’s clothing and toys. The staff is friendly and professional. Checkout is quick, what a great place to shop!

Unorganized, dirty cosmetic area. Hire someone who can clean and organize. You can tell the person that runs this area runs it like their home. Very dirty cosmetic area only.
