I specifically took time out of my busy schedule to go to this location to purchase several sheets of 3/8 plywood. They have ZERO sheets of 3/8 plywood. They don't even carry it from what I could tell. Even an associate tried to find it and was unsuccessful. Home Depot is steadily declining into the "Ghetto" of hardware stores. I won't be wasting my time or money here...ever again.

I ordered an entire kitchen appliance package for a renovation, they delivered the wrong dishwasher. It wasn't even close to what I ordered, not even the right brand. Getting them to correct their mistake has been a nightmare. I was told over the phone that it will be refunded if I go there in person with the card I used for the original purchase, I drove the 20 minutes there and spent over an hour with customer service, no refund. They already took the incorrect dishwasher back, I already purchased a new one and scheduled the delivery , and no refund. I now have spent roughly $1700 on dishwashers and I have none. Also ordered $1800 worth of siding through their website which was supposed to be delivered today. They offer no information as far as tracking the delivery, it is now almost 8pm and still no delivery. We're going into a holiday weekend which means I won't see it for at least a few more days. I have contractors waiting on these items and it's costing me even more money.I had a similar issue with an air conditioner in the spring. Ordered online because it guaranteed a next day delivery. When the delivery never showed up I checked the order, they didn't have the unit in stock so they just cancelled the order. No phone call/email or anything. This company is awful but in particular this store is the literal worst. I'm not sure why I keep coming back but I promise I will NEVER make that mistake again.

Had to leave this Home Depot. Mice running around everywhere!!!!!!!! You're Home Depot, put some traps and poison out and shut down until you get it under control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked the internet, selected the Mississippi store in Aurora, CO., selected in store inventory. Which displayed the Hampton Bay, 11 in. floor fan in stock, Six (6) to be exact. Drive down there. I spoke to a person in kitchen and bath, who told me he had them. Get down there, and it's the "we don't know" show. What is the purpose of informing customers of your "inventory", then the customer calls, and is told the item is in the STORE.Only it's not... Excuses just like butt holes stink, no one wants to smell a butt hole.

This is the most unorganized and dirty Home Depot I've ever been to. Only go if you need absolutely no help because the most the employees can manage is to point and grunt when you ask for help.

The absolute worst Service. My family ordered Windows for our home in February and they said at the most it would take 8 weeks. Well we just got a call that they arrived mid September. Some were broken while being delivered. All the windows were scratched and damaged and dirty. My order wasn't even delivered complete. We payed for delivery and I just had to go pick up some that were missing from the order when delivered and I'm still missing more windows. If you're thinking about ordering anything here just don't.

Worst customer service at the rental department. Whoever is managing that department should get their associates a course on how to deal with customers who waited a month to rent an item and all of a sudden gets cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call to get an explanation on why my truck got cancelled and got hung up or put on hold and never got an answer. I had been waiting a month to get my project done :(

Rented a broken areator, took it back, they didn't have any more, and didn't do anything to accommodate me besides void the transaction and hold my money for 3 days
