Don’t get my nails done too often now a days a few months ago I came back to this place (got my prom nails done here and other “special occasions” so not a regular by any means). I got THE worst dip manicure with french like it looked so so bad. Okay, I let it go, paid, tipped, everything. I decided to come back to give them another chance. I come in and talk to one lady, show her my natural nails and a picture of what I want ask her if I should do a full set or gel. She says oh yea we can do gel if you like your length. Okay, cool. I get sent to another lady and she starts by looking at my nails, making a disgusted face, telling me my nails are too weak. I tell her “the other girl said it was doable”, they talked about it in their language and she just huffed and continued. She proceeds to cut my nails instead of just shaping them and instead doing them how she wanted them, not like I asked for them. At the end I didn’t feel like tipping her because it was such a crappy experience and she was so grumpy for $47. I didn’t feel like it was worth it at all for nails I didn’t want. I will not be returning here, there is literally a place a few yards away by the Pizza Hut and more across the street. You have choices.

I went in for a pedi. the nail tech Cheri that did with my pedi was rude and ruff af when doing my feet. It’s like she was rushing while doing my feet and I had to keep telling her to fix things on my feet. If I wouldn’t have said anything she would’ve just left it just the way it was. I’ve been coming here for awhile and definitely won’t be back after my experience today.

The nail tech was very pushy and she charged me $10 more that went towards her tip. I will not be going there again

The lady’s that did my nails were really nice and easy to understand. I got pink gel polish on my toes and pink French tips. The lady that did my pedicure did a really good job at my actual feet but the polish was a little smudgy and my toes nails were sharp and pointy. I got rebase for my manicure. The other lady who did that did a great job at shaping the nails back to an almond shape the only thing is, is that I can see the old acrylic under the new from before and the French tip is not the best when you look at it from the side.

Very disappointed!!!! I had to tell her several times to fix my nails the polishing looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Anytime I told her an area that needed to be fixed she would say I will file. She never filed the top of my nails smooth they are bulky and bumpy. Before I left I told her I was unhappy she said why when I explained and showed her she said I already fix and I will give $5 off. I would have rather have my nails fixed the polishing looks has bubbles in them it looks terrible.

I went there a few weeks ago for a GelX set. I loved them, and got tons of compliments. Today, I went and asked about filling them since it's been a few weeks. The tech was rude the entire service and they look terrible. Bobby, uneven. I hate them. I don't plan on returning.

I am so lucky to have found Wendy at Trendy Nails! It is so important to have a reliable Nail Tech in my line of work and I am ALWAYS confident that my nails will be perfect when I go to her.
