My car tag is about to expire and they have yet to properly process the title for me to get my new tag or send me another temporary tag. I will not be able to drive on the military base without an unexpired tag. I bought the car at the beginning of July and it has taken them almost 2 months to get this figured out. I have tried to resolve this at the lowest level to no avail.

A lady on the sales team hung up on me when I called to ask questions about the 2025 Nissan Leaf S. I guess I was asking too many questions...?
I was hoping they could tell me more about wall-mounted chargers. I called back.
I spoked with a guy on the sales team who was friendly enough. He transferred me to the service department. The service department wanted to transfer me back to the sales team... They transferred me to the parts department instead. The guy in the parts department at least tried to help.
I'm disappointed that they did not know more about wall-mounted level 2 home chargers.
More than that though it was pretty rude to hang up on me. And not very helpful to be transferred from one department to the next, with little knowledge in any of the departments.
I would have thought a Nissan dealership would be more knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and better at recommending compatible chargers and such...

Me and my wife just leased a brand new Nissan from this dealer. I have to say, this was the best experience with a brand new dealership that I have ever had in my 48 years. The process was smooth, easy, no gimmicks, and no pressure. Ariana was an excellent sales rep. Better yet, she was amazing. Make sure you ask for her and I promise you won’t regret it.

The people that run this dealership are liars and thieves.
They misrepresent the TERRIBLE factory warranty that comes with the vehicle and they try to add many thousands of dollars of useless services and extended warranties and try to make you think that it is part of the sale.
They will also low-ball your trade-in, by offering you a thousand dollars for a vehicle that their website values at $10,000.
Then when you try to get them to re-negotiate the deal they try to sweet talk you into keeping these services that you never asked for, using stalling tactics as they did to my wife. Apparently, they fail to understand the word: "NO!"
I suggest that you bring an attorney with you when you meet the people in their finance department, so you don't get scammed - because they will try to scam you.
They like to take advantage of disabled veterans and their military discount is a joke and they won't give it to you.
These people have no integrity at all.

Family came in the Tynan’s Nissan in Aurora and recommended me to get my car there met with Yasha a family friend and it was like they said 5 stars from the time I walk in to the time I got my car will not go anywhere else
