Update: finally received the correct papers today and I signed them. Unfortunately, the Warranty papers were not included and they said they were going to email them to me separately today but I never did get them. Alas, no FedEx package on its way to tynans Nissan today. The buy off was initiated at the beginning of October. Will I ever own this Rogue? Time will tell. Your guess is as good as mine. Hopefully, I will be on my way to the FedEx store tomorrow and send everything to them so we can continue this hazardous journey. No more leasing vehicles for Jeanne.Uh oh just read Melissa M's review from a month ago regarding her experience with the extended warranty. Maybe I shouldn't get one and move forward to get this train wreck stopped.

Ariana worked very intuitively with me when I came in last Saturday to buy the first new vehicle I have purchased in twelve years. After a few rounds of negotiations, I feel that I truly did walk out with a great deal, including the trade in for my Subaru. This dealership being a smaller family owned operation, and not a multi branch conglomerate, made me feel like they were going to make sure I got the deal I wanted. Very glad I did my research before coming here. I left very happy.

Alex was a fantastic help with showing me features of the Pathfinder and answering my questions. My last new car was 12 years ago and technology has come a really long way. Alex understands there is a learning curve and treated me with the utmost respect.

Ya know....I was super impressed by Tynan's and the customer service I have received from them after buying three cars. Their vehicles have been excellent. However, I recently started having a LOT of issues with the Murano I currently have. It's been a nightmare with little things but they always cost a fortune. I purchased an extended warranty which costed an extra couple of thousand dollars to cover my vehicle to 70k miles. They sell it showing that it covers everything from bumper to bumper and while your vehicle is being fixed at their service center, the warranty covers a rental car for you to use while your vehicle is being fixed. So....I called for one. This is my second day without a car..only 6 more to go. Called to get a rental vehicle and the warranty only covers up to $40 a day. Well inflation happened and a $40 rental car no longer exists. I contacted Tynan's today to let them know this to see if there is anything they can do to help me as I need to get to work. I was told they no longer have loaner vehicles available and they kindly offered to rent me a vehicle for $75 a day but could not help me with getting transportation for the next 6 days. So, needless to say I'm stuck! Point of this post....do not fall for the extended warranty bull. Because as time goes on, nothing is covered if the prices don't fit their warranty when it was sold. This was a complete waste of money!

Luke was helpful gave me a very detailed list on what's caused the extended stay, kept his calm, and took my info down again. It was a jumbled process from out of state but they seem to genuinely be detailed. Luke was not lying as soon as warranty company gave approval they moved fast and got my car back to me that day. The repairs were well done car drives better than when I bought it off the lot in Texas.

I purchased my Nissan Altima at Tynan’s too. I feel very comfortable with their service recommendations, as well as with the quality of service that they provide.The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The team works well together. I have had friendly exchanges with nearly all staff members. They present diagnostics and recommendations by text and in person on tablets. Their recommendations are sound with no high-pressure. Their lobby is comfortable with free wifi.Because of my long relationship with Tynan’s, I have my own regular advisor, Luke Clearwater. He is honest and knows auto mechanics well! He knows Harleys too. I trust him. He’s never led me wrong. When I arrived the gentleman at the counter never looked up or greeted me for two minutes. He finally acknowledged my arrival by barely talking. But the gentleman at the other counter with the braids was very nice. He explained and answered all my questions. Once the car was completed he greeted me with the results. He made my visit to Tynans worth coming back. So thanks to the other gentleman for his unprofessional behavior, I was blessed with someone who cares about their job and the customer.

I had a terrible experience at another car dealership I won’t name (They didn’t take my out of state drivers license even though I’m active military) and Tynan’s dealership set me up nice and fast. The manager Matthew was extremely helpful and got information for me before I even walked through the door. The salesman Yasha was extremely helpful and got me the price point needed and set everything up fast. I spent less that 3 hours here and walked out with a brand new car with no issues. 5 stars!

Our family has been going to this location for years. Customer service is trending down and I'm beginning to get suspicious about their work. Recently one of our vehicles needed a oil change and tire rotation. The tires were not rotated. The sensor showed the exact same tire I had an issue with after the work was completed. On another occasion I stopped by for an oil / air filter change. They immediately changed the filter which was near the engine that I was not even aware existed. I discovered that when the price was very high. But I still continued to come here.I had a spark plug replaced due to my car misfiring. I was told that it needed to be replaced because oil got on it. How can that happen when they're the only 1s changing my sparks plugs/ oil changes. Spark plug cases are covered up!Service was recommended to me after I had an issue repaired by them the same yr!?? The associate checked the computer again and told me I was correct and not due for another 20-30kChanged my cabinet filter today after my recent oil change it was bad. Should I trust them ? We're definitely not going back here. I advise you to do the same.
