This is not an actual U-Hal place and they DO NOT sell u-hal boxes as the sign outside suggests. I told them it was misleading and they should take it down because that is the main reason I came to the location as it says the "sell" u-hal boxes which they do NOT! The sales associate responded with "yeah the owner keeps it up for good reason."

U-Haul location and staff were nice. Check-in process was quick other than U-Haul's terrible system management which is not this dealer's fault. The overall U-Haul experience was atrocious. I was told a truck with a tow dolly would be available in my town and then in the middle of the afternoon the day before my reservation, they call to say they overbooked their trucks and I now have to drive 1.5 hours to get a truck. The only reimbursement U-Haul would offer is an extra day with the truck for free. The truck had garbage barely hidden under the floor mat and the cupholders were disgusting. I returned the truck early and the dealer said U-Haul showed I owed for an extra day of both the truck and tow dolly. He saw my receipt and noted I was checking in early so he put a hold on the charge and made a request for U-Haul to call me to discuss the charge. They never called but they did decide to charge me for an extra day of the truck/dolly anyway. I called customer support and the first lady I talked to refused to refund me. I would 100% recommend Penske or some other moving company.

Hi. So I dropped off a uhaul at approximately 8am April 8th. Dropped it off at 1:49pm. The lady told me to park it in front and put they key in the mail box. It’s been a week now and uhaul keeps calling me telling me I’ve never dropped it off and now I’m freaking out.

Your truck supposed to be ready at 9 am which already is kind of late in the day but they don't open till 9:30. Customer service at this location is almost nonexistent. I was also told that as long as I show up before 6:00 p.m. that will be somebody there to check me in however up on showing up at 5:30 p.m. the doors were closed again. Do yourself a favor people go with Penske

TAKE PHOTOS!!!!Especially of the fuel gauge at pick up or you will be burned! I picked up a truck with 1/8 of a tank drove it 14 miles and was charged just under $200 for fuel. Customer service nor the employees at the location will do anything about it unless you have pictures although they are the ones in the wrong. One would think after a little bit of simple math and they would see that this doesn’t add up. Seems like some kind of fuel scam to me. Do a Google search on “uhaul fuel scam” and you will reconsider doing business with this company!

I am moving out of state and I need to rent a trailer for this move. My boyfriend and I went to the Uhaul on Buckley twice ,attempting to make this reservation and see what was needed for our truck. The store on Buckley was super unhelpful and unwilling/ unable to edit our reservation that they input into the system incorrectly. The previous store also told us that their technician for the hitch calls out frequently, so he wasn't sure if our appointment would be honored. The lack of professionalism left us with an uneasy lack of confidence that our needs would be fulfilled.A week later we decided to go to this Uhaul (Havana location) and we told Miguel about the situation and his customer service was outstanding. He came out to our truck and evaluated that we actually didn't need a technician to install our hitch, we simply needed a ball joint for the hitch that we already had. Just him coming out of the store to examine our needs for our truck was helpful and saved us an installation and service fee (nearly $500) for something we did not need, as our truck was already equipped. He scheduled our trailer reservation and provided details of the proceeding steps. I am so grateful and relieved that we came to this store. I have confidence that our reservation will be without any hiccups. Customer service on point, and just overall he was so helpful guiding us through this process. Thank you so much Miguel!!

There order & pickup App. was a nightmare to use.. Delayed me almost 4 hours of getting my truck.. The manager there ( Forgot her name) Short, over weight, Latino girl overcharged us $20 on the truck rental , & then charged us $20 more claiming the fuel was not as full as when I picked it up.. Even tho I took pictures of BEFORE & AFTER fuel gage.. I was way over what I picked it up with. She wanted a reciept to prove it & my pictures weren't GOOD enough.. She must be making a good living stealing from customers ; and Stealing from Uhaul Company on a weekly basis... Stay clear of this location,, & hope that Mgr. (As described above) is jailed or bare minimum is FIRED.

I reserved online for a location and was promptly called to be told there was no trucks available there and they had to move my location.I reserved for contactless pick up - the reservation was confusing to follow and the link kept taking us back to the starting page. The place wasn’t open (by 9:30 on a weekend!) so I could ask anyone. Finally someone showed up just as we were figuring the reservation out . . . We had to wait for another customer who was suppose to pick up after us. Once it was our turn, I asked if we could push back our reservation as we had now lost a half hour of our time because the check out didn’t work. They said no because they had the truck going back out 15 min after we returned. This was super frustrating as it wasn’t our fault and they advertise that you can extend your rental is you need, just call or adjust it online!! Apparently you can’t. We were told he would call the people using the truck after us to see what he could do and call us back. Never did.Poor customer service and the final payment was more than expected. I felt nickled and dimed and without information. Next time I’ll use another company.

Taylor and Candice were excellent yesterday during a very stressful issue we had with our truck. Candice gave me personal focused attention and called Taylor the GM who went to work to remedy the issue.

Scammed be careful look to the mileage I took the van for 2 mail they should charge me 19.95 I found out they charge me 56$ and when I back to find someone explain wt happened the manger was there she told me you drove it for 50mile it’s not right because the address from my old house to the new one 2 miles far and she refused to pay me back and she was so mad the way was talking not customer service no no no it was madness

The manager Taylor was extremely unprofessional and no help at all. I stuck waiting for almost 30 mins just for her to tell me she wouldn’t refund me. She also made my daughter cry. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE woman.

I secured a reservation this past Saturday around 1:30 pm for a cargo van over the phone bc I was having issues doing it online. I was speaking to a Hispanic woman who was very courteous and helpful when the line got cut off. I called directly back bc I didn't want anything left out and I wanted to make sure my reservation was in tact. When I got up to the store an hour or so later the door was locked. There was no one working at the desk but there was a truck in parking lot. There was also another customer that showed up and he had no better luck. I was concerned that day that something might have happened.
