HI, THE WHOLE CREW HERE IS AMAZING. EVERY SINGLE ASSOCIATE WAS HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE N UNDERSTANDING AND WILLING TO HELP. ITS ALWAYS CLEAN FROM THE OFFICE TO THE STORAGE UNITS. WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I GIVE THEM 100% IN EVERY AREA.

The receptionist lady had such a BAD attitude
Can't ask her a simple question without her getting upset, belittling you and having a really nasty tone. Will not recommend to anyone I know.. you have lost my business, I've been there like 5 times, and you're going to lose business from the fifty people I know who go to that location.. I would not recommend to go here unless you want terrible customer service from the employees.. 2 stars because I got my move done

I have to give a shout out to the crew that's been running this U-Haul. Since Tyrone the GM there has taken over, he's put a lot of effort into getting this location up to speed. He has a lot of great staff that's friendly and very helpful. The trailers and trucks are in a lot better condition, and clean, and there are more staff to help.
I've rented trailers, and trucks from him and definitely recommend this location.

The staff accommodated all my needs. If there was an issue, they found a solution. From check in to drop off, the teamwork they demonstrated exceeded my expectation. If not for them, this experience could have went in a totally different direction. Well done! Brava!

I rented a dolly and paid extra for it. Never got one. Was also charged an extra $27.58 so idk. Just a crappy experience this time and it’s usually great! The app wasn’t working so after I did the return and pick up information it all reloaded after I had already left the location so the app’s mistake costed me an extra $28.

Trevor is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and because of him, I will never use U-Haul again. So I rented a truck and when we got into the truck we found the gas tank was at a quarter tank but Trevor put it had a full tank on our reservation. We took a photograph and informed him before leaving the U-Haul property. He stated he would note the account and told us to return the truck at a quarter tank. The next day when we returned the U-Haul to the store, because Trevor did not do his job and never noted the account so we had to pay and extra 60 dollars at the time of return. I would not use this U-Haul location because this person does not do a good job. He will rip honest hardworking people off for an extra dollar. DO NOT RENT from this location. H

Tyrone J. Was great! Location was extremely busy and he and his team did great helping everyone get their rentals in a timely manner. He was also super helpful. Definitely will be using this location again
