Very unprofessional. Very bad service. Wasted an hour waiting for a truck because their manager wouldn’t return my call for the lockbox code. The service attendant in office virtually had no authority or power to help us get a truck. Looking forward to seeing a lot of the business get new management.

Even though it's a small convenient store with limited collection of U-Haul trucks, the attendant lady was nice and helpful.
