Jose was so pleasant to work with the entire process. He was also very knowledgeable about the rental equipment and was very thorough about the specifics about the rental details. He was also very professional and did whatever he could to help me with my rental needs. I was so happy to see him again when we pulled up to return all the items we rented. Thank you so much, Jose. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

If there were negative numbers this location would be a recipient. It's a constant of lazy, mis managed, absolutely some of the rudest humans I have ever come across. My family was in need of propane and it's a fight and wait times that are absolutely ridiculous. You say you record the calls well roll back this one because my son had gone up there and encountered a very vile employee that DIDNT say they didn't have any he said that "We ain't doing propane today". I then called asked if there was propane and Adrean (man) told me after a very long pause that "We ain't got none". Beautiful English. I said thank you and he says yep and hangs up.
Do let me say that the only person that has been kind and extremely prompt is on older man there. Makes me sick to see this elderly man out in the elements while the other much younger employees are most likely spending there time to see who can be the bigger ass
I am going to corporate with this. Say what you want but you still are under the corporation of Uhaul and if you don't do something I'm very positive corporate will.

The front guy in customer service has very bad actitud. It has happened twice during my moving. Locationa 750 s Buclkey Rd in Aurora, CO. He is tall, white, dark hair, skiny.
1st-I rent a pulling car, at the time of returning I asked his assistance to unloaded from my car with bad actitud he said I dont wanted to scrath your cart and he did pulled it bad and scratched the carpet.
2nd- I went to rent a truck. He stated look for this truck numbet outside. We had a hard moment to find it then I went back inside to asked for support he came outside with bad mood and found it after looking a lot then he said look is that one. And left.
Same guy, I dont appreciate the service at all. I dont recomend this location.

Excellent customer service
Greeted with a warm welcoming smile.
Explained everything and took the time out to do a thorough walk around the truck with me.
I was so grateful.
Little did they know but I was extremely nervous.
I drove the truck to the Mile High Stadium to pickup 60 turkeys.

This location has completely changed from 6 months ago...the employees are nice, knowledgeable, want to help the customers and make sure the customers are aware of everything they need to know...great vehicles, stellar customer service!

I had an excellent experience with U-Haul! The customer service was outstanding—every team member was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. The truck was spotless, both inside and out, which really made a difference during my move. I appreciated the attention to detail and the professionalism shown at every step. U-Haul has clearly put a lot of thought into making the rental experience convenient and enjoyable. I’ll definitely recommend them to others and use their services again!

It was my first time Renting a U-Haul. The representatives there made it very easy. I spent less money than I thought I was going to. I will definitely be renting from them again!

Customer service was raggedy then they didn't want to give me my money back because I didn't use all the miles. They said I didn't fill the tank to where it was supposed to be and I know thats a lie because I filled it up right next door and it was little over from where it was when I got the truck. It's annoying because I didn't take a picture didn't think I needed to. But I won't use them again and I will definitely be taking pictures in the future always trying to get someone's money. Go to a different uhaul if you can. Customer is not good at all not even little bit. And on top of that the truck ran rough very rough

Honestly, I went to the Colfax and Potomac branch and the young man told me that they did not have dollies available at the time and there were 2 outside. I went to the Chambers and I70 branch and the lady who helped me told me that she couldn't rent me because she couldn't I understood what I was telling him when I honestly used the translator because I know I need to speak English but I'm learning and When I was assisted at the Buckley Branch the young man received me very friendly and I was looking for another person who worked right there and without any problems he gave me My Contract and I was able to quickly have a Dolly without Problems Thank you U-HAUL I hope to give feedback of values to the employees who in some way discriminate against people because of their race!!! Thanks again!!!

The location and employees were great. The ONLINE reservation was pointless. I had to drive 30 miles round trip to pick up the trailer at a location different from what I reserved almost 2 weeks in advance. When I did get to the location the prices had completely changed. From $550 to almost $900. The employee did his best to get the price back down close to what was originally quoted. Screen shot your original price before picking up the equipment!
