Erin (hope I spelled it right) was THE BEST! she directed me to everything I needed knew where everything was and new what was best for my skin tone and to non frizz my hair! She was a breath of fresh air in this smoggy world! She should definitely be moved from back of house. 10 stars for Erin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

this is my go to ulta and for the most part employees are super nice and welcoming!
but I had an uncomfortable/rude experience with my cashier Danielle yesterday. She was rude, did not ask to put my email/phone number in and did not ask if I wanted a bag or not. As soon as I was done paying she left leaving the items I bought all over the counter
it was humiliating. The employees are usually never like this so I'm disappointed

was sold a 55 oz tatcha water cream moisturizer it came in maybe a 45 oz container being the sephora tatcha is much bigger and i feel ulta is a scam when it comes to false advertising product sizes. this product looks nothing like the size picture this is supposed to be a refil and looks nothing at all like the picture . if you want any tatcha products you are better off going online

Hayley helped me today and she was the most helpful and kind person. I haven’t bought myself makeup in a long while- I felt comfortable explaining my skins needs and she helped me find products that best suited what I was looking for. Truly loved her kindness and transparency, it made my whole day!

Don't bother going in, counted several employees wandering around, only one cashier to help the 20+ people in line.
If they can't bother to care for their customers, as customers we shouldn't bother to shop there.

Such a belittling experience. I placed an online order the night before and hadn’t visited this location, so upon arrival, I decided to look around. Big mistake. I was followed around the entire time. I was so uncomfortable. At one point, I caught an employee peeking over a shelf to look at me. I cut my trip short after feeling so disrespected and disheartened, got my order, and left. As a woman of color, this is something I’ve experienced my entire life. I’m not surprised this happened, but highly disappointed. Unless you have a valid suspicion that I am stealing, I should be able to shop in peace. Do better.

No customer service at this place. I went in to buy a new face, ineeded help with everything, picking the right shade of foundation to the right eyeshadow palette and some moisturizer and everything else I saw 2 make up artists with their brush belts on paired up walking around talking, I'd get close and they'd walk away. Not one single person asked me if I needed help I walked around the store twice, stood at the salon counter twice didnt even get a smile from anyone. I was ready to spend a few hundred on the things I needed and wanted today, I guess I'll go to sephora instead.
