I had went here about a week ago and had received very bad customer service. I had walked in and got met with nothing but side eyes and silence from the workers. I had been roaming around the store looking for a product and no one had came up to me to ask me if i needed help. I eventually just stopped someone and asked a question and was just quickly given a “no we dont have that” and walked away. Will not be coming here again.

I got my brows done by Aracely! Girl she does and EXCELLENT job she listens to what you need is very kind and honest she slayed my brows a will foreva go to Aracely! Shes so sweet and down to earth love her! Hope she thrives well here!! ❤️💜💙🫶 she haves a forever client with me!!

for the love of your own hair, don’t let Patricia go anywhere near it. asked for a blowout, she decided to spray a product into my girlfriends hair, which just made her hair oily, then Patricia admitted to it being the wrong product for her hair type, but already used it on half her head and proceeded to not even rinse it out, and change to a whole different product. paid 65 bucks for some oily, greasy, flat hair (girlfriends words, not mine of course) thanks Patricia, would love a refund

Understaffed and unhelpful. I went in to get color matched, and was just left to wander around the store without a single employee offering to help with anything. I don't know what her posat the store was, but a blonde woman in a black dress and a name tag was standing by a chair near the front of the store, didn't say a word to me, just looked at me sideways. Maybe this location doesn't like trans people.

I do not recommend this place for hair salon they did a terrible job on my friends hair.! Not even close to what she had asked especially on the cut “length” this is very sad and disappointing. You go in feeling great about getting a new look and you come out with half of your hair chopped off thanks Patricia but I recommend you listen to your clients needs and if you can’t perform the job then your scissors shouldn’t go on anybody’s hair.

Why are they hiring ppl who don’t know anything about make up!? Been there several times and asked make up questions that a make up employee should know. Some of the ppl there don’t even wear make up or look presentable enough to work at a make up store.

Charlie was so helpful today! I was in need of my everyday moisturizer, and it wasn’t on the shelf. Charlie saw that I was looking online, helped me to make sure it was in stock, and was able to get the moisturizer with the best product packaging! Thank you so much!

I went in to the store close to closing time, so I wasn't able to get what I really was needing. But the young lady (forgetting her name) that was helping me, was great and tried to help me. But my questions were more for the salon staff and they had left for the day. I love Ulta so of course ill be back!

My 14 year old daughter was shopping for makeup to start high school with. Joey did an excellent job helping her find the perfect match for her olive skin tone..Joey was so helpful, kind and friendly and really took the time to help her find all the right products . Thank you Joey!

This location always has very poor customer service. Almost all the employees are very rude and unwelcoming. A couple of the bad past interactions I’ve had have been with the worker Charlie, they’re extremely rude to people, always glaring and never helpful.

Worst customer service ever every single time too. I don't come often but every time I do I am met with attitude by every staff member. When I asked an employee if they sold a brand he told me to go to Sephora with a rude tone. And needed shampoo so I ran in 15 minutes before they closed and all the girls were crowed around the door waiting to lock it and then 2 of them rolled their eyes as I approached the door. 15 minutes not even 5. I didn't know you could keep a job while giving such disrespect but ig here it's a requirement or something.
