Do not get your eyebrows done from here. I got my eyebrows tinted. I look like I don’t wanna say but like scarecrow, but it ain’t right one is straight and one has a little arch horrible. Then they wanted me to pay to get the wax and told me the total will be $46 and the manager says she’ll only give me 10% off which I was not accepting because who knows if they would screw my brows up more. I paid them ljust for the tint and walked. Never again!!!

Got my hair service with Mashkhura such a pleasant experience. She provided me with hair education about my specific hair/scalp type and took the time to listen to what I wanted. Will definitely book again. 10/10

I'm an Instacart shopper, not familiar with Ulta at all - I came in today and Cheyenne went out of her way to help me complete my order quickly. She was very kind and welcoming. I told her I'll be back to shop for myself soon!! She was so helpful!!

I had an amazing hair makeover with Lawrence, I Had read previous reviews complimenting on his expertise and talent! I was so impressed with his personality, his LOVE of doing hair, the time he took to listen to me, and to achieve the look I wanted. Look no further if you are looking for a new stylist, who will make you feel very special, he takes his time to make sure you are getting what you want.

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked an appointment for a hair trim at 12:00. So, I arrived at 12:00 and the lady who was supposed to cut my hair greeted me. Then says “we will have to reschedule your appointment”. I looked at her confused and asked why. She said “the customer before you booked the wrong service, so it’s taking too long”. I looked at her confused again because 1) there wasn’t a single sole getting a haircut that I could see & 2) if that is true, you would have known that you couldn’t cut my hair well before my appointment time and could have given me a call to let me know & 3) why is another customers mistake affecting my appointment (should have either made them re-book for that service, or declined whatever service they needed instead). So, I politely asked if anyone else could cut my hair. She walked around for a few minutes and came over with a manager. The manager rudely says “your appointment has to be rescheduled because something is wrong with our booking system”. No empathy whatsoever. No sorry. Just rudeness and a blank stare. I stood there confused once again because her reason was completely different from the other lady’s. I’m upset because I have a newborn at home, and literally have to plan out my days hour by hour on top of having someone watch my child. If I would have at least received a phone call even 15 minutes prior to arriving, then I wouldn’t have been upset. This stores customer service is absolutely horrible. I ended up going to the Castle Rock location and they were awesome! I recommend going there if you need your hair done!

Great place! I'm not sure if any of you Californians from the Inland Empire area remember a place called Juan Pollo's, but if you had their rotisserie chicken, you'll remember how good it was. Well, the owners of this place and Juan Pollos are brothers, and the menus are exactly the same. But this place has Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus. Try it, you'll like it!

I saw a post of my niece’s hair on IG and asked who did her hair, she told me to see Lawrence at Ulta Southlands. I scheduled for a color and cut and Lawrence was amazing! I noticed how particular he was when he was applying the bleach in my hair, and midway process, he took the time to reapply bleach to some areas that didn’t lighten! I loved that he was a perfectionist. Most stylist will just put foil in, rinse, and call it a day, but Lawrence treated my hair with love and care! I love my cut and color!! Will definitely be seeing Lawrence again soon!

Absolutely amazing work in the salon Lawrence is a miracle worker. I had the worst haircut done at another salon it was uneven very noticeable. I am leaving for a corporate event tomorrow and Lawrence literally saved the day! He is gifted. He knew just what I needed to shine. And even stayed late to fixmy color. He asks all the right questions and makes amazing suggestions. You leave looking better than you would think. Words cannot do justice he is a vibe and makes your time there enjoyable. Definitely recommend found my new stylist. My daughter's and I will be back.
All staff was amazing sweet and kind as well the entire store is just great. Honorable mention Becca she is another stylist and was great to chat with as well they are a good team. . Best experience! LAWRENCE is a keeper!

First I want to say I always have a great experience when I go to get my hair fixed up from this Ulta Beauty at the Southlands. But my last visit just today with Lawrence has moved me to write a review.
When I sat down in the chair, I explained what I was thinking I wanted to have done. Then he asked me what I had done in the past and what I liked about those particular treatments or haircuts. Then he made his recommendation explaining the why behind every thing he was suggesting. To achieve the look I was wanting to go for required a different approach than I assumed to get my hair to look and feel the way I wanted.
But it was everything after that he did that really was above and beyond. You can tell he really loves what he does and the whole time he made me feel just amazing. He took before and after pictures (so fun). He is uplifting and just a joy to spent the time with. And when he was done, I was so tickled how good my hair looked. I felt like I was ready for a hair commercial! The cut hit exactly how I wanted it to look. The color literally made me love my eyes again! Thank you so much Lawrence!!
