Very good experience with this company, Monica is very friendly and professional, and I have handled many loads with her and she is always very friendly and professional. I hope that all the brokers have friendly and professional people and the rates are thinking about those of us who move the loads.

I used to be a shipping coordinator/office manager for food distribution company many years ago. Working with UTS was certainly always a pleasant experience and interaction. It’s been many years so I don’t remember everyone’s name sadly. Today I came across a coffee cup they gave me and was reminded so I was compelled to write a review. I hope they have still maintained the same integrity and professionalism after all of this time and wish them the best!

We received a ************ Report from the following company over a miscommunication. This has damaged our company's reputation regarding booking loads with any other broker and we had previously done loads with them and all had been completed with no issues and they flag our MC# with one load that we could not complete and we notified prior to the pick up with enough time to recover the load.

New carriers , be aware ! When you are booking the load with them and not set up , they will rather ditch you off and gave the load to some other carrier who is set up with them. Even if you waited the rate con for 20 minutes.

I do not recommend this companyvery unprofessional companyeven when you have confirmations, they will take it from you as soon as they find a cheaper onetheir excuse is that they couldn't contact you the day before pick up you have to sit all day and wait for them to graciously call even after office hours.

Most harassing group of people I've had to deal with as a driver, called me personally 14 times for a load I had to sit on through Easter weekend! Calls started day before I was due to pick up! My status prior to picking up your load is none of your concern. Caused alot of unnecessary stress for a driver, was alot like dealing with children waiting for candy or something. 25 years in this industry and I found it quite insulting. They did pay detention for I lost over 12hrs at shipper. Not interested in hauling for them again, harassing emails to company and non stop calling as well!Responding to owner.......GD Transport, was the boeing booth from the convention center jn DC to Hebon, Ky. The dispatch with the drivers needs to get on the ball they need to stop sending the drivers without a pickup number or any information besides the address and the date they're supposed to pick it up. I've sat and watched these poor drivers for hours waiting on information to come in.
