I can’t imagine there are people as kind and helpful as Jousef. We need more people like him in this world. Every time, he helps me in every possible way, and I always notice how much he enjoys helping other customers too. Giving 2 stars because the customer service is good but anytime I send out regular mail shipping within the US, it takes over a week for the recipient to receive. I’m not sure if they delay sending out regular mail but if you have something you want to arrive timely and not shipping using UPS/expedited service, don’t mail here. It will take over a week to receive.

Been there 3x and all 3x they have been the rudest. Young little girl, should appreciate she has a job. I hate this location. Replace her with someone who wants to work!!

Best UPS store there is. End of discussion. The guys that work here are always so friendly and helpful, and you will be in and out before you know it. They don't mess around. Now I don't know how their packaging prices compare to competitors and if there is an up-charge on published UPS rates, etc., but I don't care. Completely worth it to go here.

This specific location is located in my neighborhood and what I really like is they don’t have turnover. It’s the same people all the time they remember you, they’re polite. They’re helpful and that makes your experiences a pleasure.

It's my favorite UPS store in all of Colorado! Forget the others. It's worth a few extra miles to deal with nice people. I ship daily drive a couple extra miles for the service here.
