Having been to countless UPS stores, I can't say enough good things about the staff at our local Buckley Road and Quincy Ave. location. Asan, Kiana, and West are friendly, helpful, and handle everything with efficiency. No matter how busy they get, I don't ever remember having to stand in queue for long. In fact, during our family living trust process, Asan kindly reminded us that over 20 notaries would cost quite a bit so we had it done at our bank for free.
We appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness and a big shout-out to the outstanding staff!

Store is often closed despite being how the front door hours are listed it as being open.

I would not recommend this store. It seems disorganized and poorly managed. I came in to pickup a package and there was a line waiting to be helped. Three people were behind the counter but only 1 guy was helping customers. This is not a good look from a customer service perspective.

I almost stopped shipping via UPS because the woman who works at the location closest to me is so nasty. I went to this location because they were open after 3PM on a Saturday and the men working were so pleasant! I will definitely drive the extra few minutes to this location in the future.

This is absolutely the worst ups store in the city. Save yourself the frustration and drive a mile further. Today they had a line of ten people and one guy is organizing packages in the back instead of helping customers. Parking is nonexistent.

Store claimed UPS never delivered my package. Filed a claim with UPS and UPS claims it was delivered and signed for. This store lost my package.

Don’t even think about showing up 5 min before they close. Doesn’t matter they don’t care about you. Most worthless group of people to lock the doors and look at you and laugh 5 min before you close. I would never have anything to do with this store ever again. Says you close at 7 and it is unacceptable to not only hold my package hostage but close before your advertised time. You guys really suck! I’ll be contacting corporate and will escalate this useless behavior. Everyone at this location should be fired by corporate for their lack of customer service and incompetence.
