Fyi, there is a $2.00 charge to use their printer and .17 cents per page, it's pretty outrageous to me!

I have been to this location twice now. Both times I have been there Miss Q has went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. I come in looking to send care packages to my loved ones. Miss Q very compassionately makes the process so much faster and less stressful. Treating my package as she would want her package to be treated. Her good energy and superior knowledge about what box will fit all my items, at the best price is golden! She really makes me feel like I’m family. Her staff is very friendly as well! It’s a plus that it’s right around the corner from my house. 🥰

They were selling labubus for over $30 they are fake just a heads up. The QR code on the box says they are authentic it's a lie.

Bad customer service, got a gift for my sister and she didn’t want it. She brought it back to this store, at first the clerk refused to offer receiving the scan code through email or text, then tried to charges her to print the address/label when she got the bar code to return the items on her phone.
Later my son in law had it shipped for no print cost.
Discrimination old Aslan Lady, clerks are not knowledgeable to do the job.
Don’t use this store again and don’t recommend this store either!

Great helpful customer service. The guy that assisted me was polite, patient, and very helpful. I had a return and some separate items to ship out. He was very helpful with printing my label and packaging my return package along with completing my packaging for my other shipment. Great customer service.

To my disappointment, I tried to ship some computer equipment from a data center nearby and was denied. The office worker did his best to weigh and prepare the package, but beware to any out of towners that need to that it's a roll of the dice whether they will ship heavier (100 lbs) equipment or not. I've shipped items larger than this before, but with no explanation, the owner denied us.

Great service from Erika and DeeDee! These ladies got me a file printed, notarized and out the door within 10 minutes! Super fast and friendly service from a knowledgeable and professional staff! Definitely recommend!

I have been to this location several times to drop off Amazon returns. Miss Q is always friendly, as are the other employees. Last night she was getting ready to close (I thought they were open until 7) but she welcomed me in and took care of me in her usual professional manner. Thanks for the great service, Miss Q.

This location is also never open on time. I came to this one and waited until 8:08 AM. There was somebody waiting outside to get in as well, but no staff in the store was still locked up with the gates around the counter and all. I drove to the location on Havana next to Safeway and that location was also still closed around 8:11 AM. Our opening times changing for the UPS stores? This isn’t the first time that this has happened with both of these stores. I’m at them pretty often. I obviously had to come back later in the day on my lunch breaks to do my packages or when I have time because I have work to attend to… On time.
