Usually ok, but I asked them to redo photos that another store messed up, which I reckon is a negligible cost and labor and the clerk I asked was not even waiting on a customer when I came in. But she wouldn't do it.
Thanks for punishing me for another store's mistake.

The workers in here are always real nice and I like the fact that there is a machine so you can scan your packages in by yourself when there is a long line. A lot of the bad reviews on here are probably Amazon‘s fault because they don’t give people the correct information when doing the returns. It happened to me and it was totally Amazon and not the UPS store… I also got my passport photos taken here, and it was really fast and easy.

I went in to get a document notarized today (5/14/24), and was charged $15.00, but didn't get my document fully signed. The initial guy helping out was nice. He told the worker named char that I needed a notary stamp. Now if char actually had any customer service skills, while she took care of me, the guy at the counter could have easily taken care of the one person in the store besides me. Instead, she has me sit there waiting, for no reason other than lack of attention to detail and no abilities to manage time well.
So after a pointless wait, on my behalf, char who is also the notary, decided to come assist me. She doesn't greet me, just came over and asked what I needed notarized, even though the documents were placed on the table for anyone looking to clearly see. She didn't bother reading over the documents, nor did she fill out all the needed signatures on the document, because she barely glanced at it. Therefore, I woke up early to get my business handled at a reputable establishment, with a certified notary, and I paid for it, but I still don't have what I need because the document wasn't filled out properly by the notary. So I either need to go back, or get someone else to do it. It's a perfect example of how anyone can pass a test, but not everyone can perform the job well.
Overall, the lack of customer service and the lack of attention to detail was not worth the cost.
Update to the whack response from the company: Folks these days have absolutey no idea of what world class service involves, but I can guarantee UPS isn't on the list of providers. I don't respond to businesses who give me an email to arbitrarily respond to after leaving a negative review. Asking me to email you, but I was already there, & took time out of my day to also write a negative review. Either tell me exactly what you're going to do to resolve the issue, or just take the loss of yet another custoner. Emailing the store after leaving a 2 star review seems pintless. If you cared, it would show in how you run your business. The store has 3 stars out if 5. Its not a one off thing. Your store is sub par.

I had four packages to return at one time and the first lady who helped me made me.feel like absolute trash. Sighing loudly, very impatient (I have to pull up multiple qr codes). Then after acting like she couldn't be bothered to just help me out a bit she said "ok so next time u come this needs to be packaged first" I said I'm sorry I didn't see that in the instructions and after getting back out to my car I looked and the instructions say packageless UPS return. I took that as I could just bring in the shoe box as is and it would get sent? I had the original wrapping it's not like I'm an expert at this luckily the second lady that helped me out was super nice I told the lady I can go to somebody else because it seems like you don't want to be bothered and she questioned me telling me I was only trying to tell you that this had to be packaged and I said no you were saying very loudly and giving me an attitude I'm not sure what her name is but she definitely shouldn't work here I live around the corner and have to come here all the time ugh

DO NOT USE NOTARY HERE!!We paid for a notary form for a passport for our son. Made the appointment to go get the passport and get there and were told that the notary scribbled out things and didn't date the form so it looked fraudulent.
