To the person who stated they overcharge for stamps—what rock do you live under. They are not the POST OFFICE. I am thankful for UPS. I know my packages/ shipping envelopes will get to their destination and usually much sooner than USPS. USPS is not concerned with getting my mail where it is meant to go; too many items disappear between them and their destinations and there is no talking to them.

We were visiting and didn't have access to a printer or scanner. Had to send an important document, so I stopped in. Super friendly and courteous. Took care of what I needed in a professional and speedy manner!

Christina was AMAZING. She walked me through sending big packages for the first time. Then Sonia was so nice and so socially engaging. I really felt comfortable and respected and getting help without feeling like I am putting someone out of there way was a breath of fresh air. Both women should get a raise/bonus or promotion.

Don't drop anything with this store!
I am absolutely reporting them to corporate UPS!
I didn't think it could get much worse, but this store is now officially the worst in colorado . I needed UPS overnight legal size envelopes to do a big shipment this week, and they told me I needed to buy them even though they got them from UPS for free. They had the audacity to tell me that it was gonna be $28 for 10. He gave me a business card when I asked for a manager, so I called it, and it rang the store, and he walked over and picked up the phone and hung up on me.
I couldn't trust them with the packages I'd already checked in, so I took those back and drove up the road where they dont charge for overnight supplies.
I wasted thirty minutes in the store and would love to speak to a manager, preferably an owner.
