Tried to pick up a package and they wouldn’t allow me to get it. The woman was NOT nice and this will cost my company around $1500. I called UPS who confirmed that the UPS access point locations do not get to do whatever they like and are beholden to UPS guidelines, despite being a franchise. The customer service rep went as far as tried to get ahold of the store itself, but they wouldn’t answer. If the local franchise owner could please reach out to me this evening, I would greatly appreciate it.

This is the rip off store and no partner of Amazon. They use Amazon to charge you to return a package.

This is my go to place for my Amazon returns however, she didn’t do something properly on her end, now I have to wait an additional week to receive my refund! The time and energy she spent being sarcastic and rolling her eyes that time needs to be spent into doing her job properly!Out of all the workers in the store, she’s the only problem!

I always dread having to go to a UPS type store and make a return for what a hassle it can be. But this location was awesome. The employees were the nicest people ever— service was quick and friendly.

This location def has the best employees of any of the UPS locations in the Denver/Aurora area.Even if there is a long wait they are still very friendly, courteous and personable.Ti- Asia and the other lady (blonde and slender) never make you seem like a burden and always do their best to give great customer service.Thanks ladies!

Went to the UPS store on 10th of December to send off a Christmas card that was a little heavier than for normal that required more postage, to this day the 27th of December The intendant recipient has not received the card. I sent them another one on 21st of December and they received it on 26th of December, So when I called to inquire why this card was never received, the young lady told me basically there was nothing they can do since there wasn’t any tracking paid for, why would I need to put tracking on a Christmas card? I trusted it would have been put in the mail and sent off, she gave me a condescending honey There’s nothing I can do for you, (no duh) just wanted you to know that the mail I left with you guys was never received, when I told her not to call me honey she hung up on me. I Called customer care to make a complaint told them in the future I will just go to the post office and send anything off To ensure that it will get do it’s destination, US postal service has never lost any of my mail.

Be aware if you are holding packages in this location they will charge you another $5 on top of the holding fee of $5.99 UPS is already charging.I just picked up my package that I hold here and after arguing with the clerk for a few minutes she call the manager and the manager told her I needed to contact customer service so I did.Customer services confirmed they are not supposed charge any other fees for this process so they gave me the corporate number to report this location, I’ll be calling their corporate to report this and to get my money back for this illicit transaction I got charged.Hopefully they close this location for dishonest and being sneaky getting an extra buck for services on the side.
