Terrible experience twice. The manager, Fernando, is a night mare. Been a customer for 23 years. Will be taking my 3 accounts and moving to 1st Bank or Wells Fargo. Nicely done Fernando.

Friendly staff, but had rap music playing on a Bluetooth speaker behind the counter, very unprofessional. Felt like I was at a cheap strip club not bank lol. Someone from corporate should figure out who is playing it, what a joke. Apparently some employees feel like they can do anything they want without repercussions!!!

Love this branch. It’s easy to get to and it’s open for a while. Joseph just helped me out today and he gave exceptional service. I didn’t do much at all and he took care of everything for me! Definitely recommend!! I’ve been going for years. :)

I want to commend Sami and Fernando on their exceptional service. I had made an appointment online for a notary. I was welcomed by Sami as soon as I stepped inside, he was ready for the appointment, took time to ensure he understood the document’s signature needs (it was a complex one), answered all of my questions, and even double checked with Fernando to be sure we got it right on the first try and wouldn’t have to re-sign. There was 1 question they couldn’t answer while I was there, but they promised to follow up with me after making some calls, and even checked to be sure my phone number on file is accurate before I left. In a time when it seems like customer service couldn’t be worse almost anywhere you go, these two clearly care about their work, their customers, and their branch. I went to the branch with my mom and brother tagging along and all 3 of us commented as we left that we have not experienced great service in such a long time and it was so refreshing.

This branch is inside a King Soopers and I'm thankful that they are open on a Saturday. The service here was complete, but a little slower, maybe because the teller seemed like a new employee and a little cautious and hesitant in her duties. I like how when the transaction is finished I can also do some grocery shopping while Im in the building, sort of a two for one kinda deal.

This takes a long explanation. I went to deposit my son's CO tax refund check last week which he had signed Pay to the Order of me. I showed the check to teller, but my son was not with me, so I was asked to come back with him and his ID so that US Bank can certify that he has signed it over to me.I can see that, so we both went to bank on the next day. My son has an official digital driver's license on his phone but teller said they don't recognize those. I said I've been a US Bank customer for 30 years, that he is definitely my son, and I watched him sign the check over to me in person. Teller then went to discuss with an apparent manager, came back and now said they did not allow tax refund checks to be signed over. My son and I were disgusted. We were driving away when he saw that it says on the front of the check that it could be signed over. I suggested that he just draw a line through the verbage, initial the edit, and deposit it as his bank.So much for tellers recognizing customers like in the not too distant past. The staff at this branch is constantly changing.- Unhappy camper

DO NOT GO HERE !! Worst bank I've ever been to. The manager was incredibly rude and put a hold on my check simply because she felt like it and told me my usual location in Denver was wrong. Her name is Anel Cobos. I went back to my original bank and they said SHES the one who's wrong and has NO IDEA what she's doing. She messed up my entire account due to her incompetence. Please find a different manager who knows the simple value of friendly customer service and taking care of their clients. Absolutely horrible experience and will be moving banks because of this.

Very simple transaction of getting cashiers check turns out in 20 min ordeal, since clerk needs to clear the amount and not having higher ranking staff on hand they have to call and wait online to get someone for a while , other branch closed their lobby and only drive thru is working . Just very frustrating bank to work with. Not recommended!

Received a lack of respect and poor customer service. I came here as a non account holder to cash a US bank check and I was looked at like as if I were stealing checks and trying to cash them. I appreciate the fact they are looking out for their customers but not a the cost of disrespecting non customers.
