I had been going to this bank to get for the last 3-4 months to get a cash advance. Every time I come in with my debit card from USAA, which as a member I am able to damn near get cash advances at any bank, these people say the exact same line “I’ll see if it works”. Then they take their sweet ass time trying to determine if they even want to do it like they’ve never heard of customers asking about a cash advance! I end up getting the advance with no issue when this one older gentleman runs my card. I was there yesterday to do the same exact thing and this little short older lady with glasses had the nerve to take my debit card and ID and literally stood behind the machine and just pressed buttons and then came back and said “we can’t do it” and pushed a receipt at me with nothing on it and looked at me like she was going to call the cops if I didn’t accept her response and just leave. She spoke to me in a very condescending tone the entire time and gave me a cold look! None of the other tellers even cared! THE STAFF AT THIS BANK ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They need to find folks who have great customer service skills and that actually care about their jobs! They are so rude!

Every time I come I go into this branch they mess up my account. I’ve had an account with US Bank for over 20+ years and I’ve never had so many issues with bank reps giving me the wrong information, not listening to the request that I’m making and today makes the 4th time I’ve had an issue with getting my Son his own account that is not attached to mine. Every time I come in here one hour before they close (of course because I’m a working adult) They are rude they rush me out the door and this is why now for the 4th time. My account has to be closed and reopened. I have to reroute all my automatic payments and set up all of my automatic payments. This is extremely frustrating and please for the love of GOd! Get more reliable people and programs to make the process more consistent and efficient. The Lady who helped me today was very nice, patient and knowledgeable.
Today is a new day 09/18/2024 and guess what… I’m back in the bank because yet again my son’s account is messed up. They sent a card in the mail (That was left outside my apartment door! 😡) that doesn’t even work for his account. Another day another hour wasted at this horrible branch… No one really cares and my day is yet again filled with bs at this bs ass branch..

If I could give this bank a negative, I would. Went with a client to get bank statements, since they said that they constantly were having problems with this bank. Our banker (I believe her name was Nora) was extremely rude to us. I don’t believe they’ve ever worked with individuals with mental disabilities, clearly. Not only did the she make rude comments all throughout the process, not even try to understand our position, she also disabled the account when we left. I understand their policies, but the rude behavior was uncalled for. Will be going back to close the account.

Worse bank and employees I have ever encountered. I switched from Key Bank to US Bank and it’s the worse experience. Thestaff stands around while there is a line in the lobby and the drive through, not to mention their systems are aways down. You would think the could afford better systems.

Absolutely awful service. No body knew how to open the account I needed, and after 30 minutes told me I need to speak to a CPA, nevermind I set up a similar account here previously. On top of that the banker I worked with knew nothing about what account I needed and when I tried to explain waived her hand at me and said "No! No!"
Very disappointed in the treatment I received and the service I got. This is my second time leaving a one star review (I deleted my last one in order to write a new one).

Who ever was running your window today at 1:50 PM was extremely rude. I come almost everyday to get a change order(that’s included in the monthly fee my owner pays)and she said she needed the account number(first time in 6 months that you have ever asked for that) I told her I didn’t have it on me but I can give her the store number which is the same number I put on the deposit bags. She told me no that she needs the actual account number… I told her this is the first time in 6 months that anyone has asked for that… instead of just getting me the $100 worth of change I needed and letting me bring her the number next time, she refused to serve me. Not only does this seem ridiculous since all the other tellers do it, but she was completely rude about it. Unfortunately it’s not my business otherwise an experience like this would make me change where I bank…. I did however talk to the owner of my company and she told me she was going to call to clarify because this is the first time this has happened. You would think that since we bank through you, or even if we didn’t— being decent should be a given, even if you need an account number or not.

worst bank ever, take your money somewhere else. big banks can’t do withdrawals over 5k? like what. terrible customer service.
