Every time I try to make my deposit through drive thru in last 10-15 before they close no one answer.I thought they supposed to take care and f customer till 6 pm?????

Have been a US customer for many years. Today, I went to a drive thru to withdraw money. New ATM- As before, pin # entered & prompts came up pressed transaction on menu transaction everything came up as previous ATM. When pressed for the type of transaction nothing happened it was like it was frozen in place I tried to exit the ATM & cancel the transaction that button was frozen I couldn't get my debit card to release. Fortunately, my husband was able to stay with the ATM while I went inside the bank. the journey the bank was not pleasant. I could not get anyone who would help me-go to the teller- line past the door they should be able to help you- those ATMs are not ours we cannot help you, & we have been having trouble with the ATM all day. Is that my Problem? I called customer service on the back of the card she couldn't do anything to help with situation which was beyond her job description She was helpful in getting a new card ECT. I tried calling the bank after going thru computer directions no answer then dial tone. After pressing many frozen Buttons, my husband was finally able to get the card to release. I am almost 79. I left the bank without access to ATM & cash. I guess that was my problem!

The service they gave me was horrible. They are very arrogant. The manager has a very ugly character and his way of responding to customers is terrible. They make fun of customers!! I have been opening an account with them at that branch for 1 week and I regret it.

I visited this US Bank branch today to get some cash out for Christmas and ran into pleasant surprise. Joshua Fahistedt was the teller that helped me, he was courteous, professional and pleasant to work with going out of his way to make the experience a good one. I've had some encounters at this branch that were just the opposite so this was the way I hoped all visits would go. Joshua bringing me back some hope.

No app notification prior to trying to deposit a check...cashier told me that ALL US Bank check scanners were down and would have to come back or deposit with possibly longer check hold times...on phone with customer care stating it's true ...has been down for a few hours and should be reset within the next 10 min.

All these banks have stupid rules,I don't have an account there because I have had a lot of bad experiences with that bank in the past ,had cash a check I was paid with and none of the banks wanted to cash the check because they had no funds so have to open an account so they can cash it, In one way or the other they want you to open an account.

My husband and I went into this branch to merge accounts after calling the 1800# who made it sound incredibly difficult. We walked in under the impression that it was going to be an hours long, difficult process. Looked at the reviews on the branch & thought "ugh"....After sitting down with Samantha Major, our accounts were merged and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes!! She was so kind and helpful! 5+ stars thank you, thank you, thank you!

Closes at 1pm on Saturday but they locked the doors at 12:30, I suggest they change their hours listed on the Google buisness page if they are going to close earlier than posted for the bank. The ATM stated they couldn't do any deposits of cash and there was about 10 people standing outside absolutely peeved that the bank closed early. The workers snuck out the back and left at 12:45 to avoid the croud of people wanting to use the bank before they closed at 1. Way to be!

If I could give this bank a -100 I would! This bank is fraud! And the branch manager is a liar. The branch manager doesn’t stand on his word. Is quick to say “you have made a new best friend” trying to gain your trust and then once it’s time to deal with situations at hand he backs out on his word and has nothing to offer to rectify situations! He is worthless, lazy and a liar! When bank errors occur and your money is taken they do NOTHING to return your money, your just asked out! I will never pass on a good word about this bank ever to anyone! Due to the lies, stealing of money and lack of assistance I will never bank anywhere again. It’s better to keep my money safe outside of a bank because they can’t be trusted!

Call center says to go to the bank. Bank says call the fraud department. Worthless and still can't get help with the fraud department with my account. 3rd time in a year my account has been compromised and I don't think US Bank is legit any longer

It seems that this banks computers are down most of the time. Several times I’ve gone in there to make a deposit which is once a month so that I can pay all of my bills including my rent the computers are shut down. It’s obvious that maybe that might want to get a new system that doesn’t break down all of the time. I’m going to be looking for a more reliable bank. I’ve been with US banks for 20 years and this is the worst one I’ve ever been in. It’s time to find a new bank.

They don't assist if your cards get stolen. They don't accept Temporary or Colorado digital ID'S . They saidthey're federal and the digital app is state?? Just say you do not want to help... Negative one star.

So I went to a physical bank that my account is suppose to be under and they say they have 0 access to my accoun and can't do anything for me and that my employer is lying to me about not having control over the account place is a joke don't bank here
