We needed a notary on two occasions. Javier was professional and personable throughout our interactions - from phone call to schedule the appointment and during out in-person visit. We will maintain our banking relationship with US Bank long after we move next week. I hope the employees at the new branch will be as helpful and professional as Javier.

Needed the Branch managers help with a discrepancy and he said he couldn’t do anything for without hearing my situation nor stepping out of his office to acknowledge me. Terrible customer service

After receiving no service at another branch and leaving, I tried this one. It was sad to see that it had a one-star rating. To the contrary, I received engaging, prompt and efficient help from Melissa on a less than simple transaction. It changed my day from bad to good. I hope everyone will give this branch a chance. I think I will come back again.

I just came here to open bank account but nobody talkedtome! Yes actually one bold employee sitting with customer taking like an hour! I just left after an hour of wasting my time! Never visit this bank again and never recommended

Warning!!!!! This isn’t an actual bank location. Though there is a U.S. Bank sign you cannot go inside because the branch is closed, and the ATM never works. What does no cable available mean? This place is a joke and I wish they would just erase from google and remove the signage and the ATM that never works. What a joke and a HUGE negative mark against US Bank***UPDATE AFTER THEIR EXCUSE***So when I went up to the door and there was no bankers in the actual bank because the door was locked constitutes as bankers being at this location? Please spare me your excuses; I experienced what I experienced and I’m telling you NO ONE WAS THERE. As far as the ATM goes, this would be the 4th time I’ve had issues with it at this location. You’d think a bank would allow such things as a cash deposit at their ATMs. Nope, now I’m overdrawn because this atm would not allow me to depot money into my own bank account. I’ll just pretend like this branch doesn’t exist and hopefully people that read this review will do the same. But please, keep making excuses for yourself on how blame me for being wrong. In the meantime I’ll be looking for a new bank to do business with….

I wish the staff and management of the Parker branch to go to the manager of this branch to teach them how to respect customers. He is a great, respectful and professional man, no matter that he has not fixed my problem yet, but his polite way made me happy. ATM ATE $500 cash money - day before thanksgiving .Truly any company that allows a branch to be run like that, with all these other reviews. Entirely unexceptional and honestly Unacceptable. Very disappointed with US BANK HAVANA Aurora Colorado 80012For the record I am fully aware the ATM is emptied and operated by a third party. My issue is NO SIGN , no warning, then the absolute worst service.

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH AND THIS ATM! This branch has been aware of their ATM not working properly for the last year or more, and has NOT done anything about it. The ATM at this horrible branch took two checks and gave this error: "Device Error". It did NOT give our checks back, there is NO record of our deposit, NO receipt! We've spent TWO days calling and messaging to US bank corporate because this branch's phone number does not work, the phone number that was given for the manager does NOT work. This branch will be responsible for loosing us as US Bank's customers.
At this point, no one at US Bank has gotten back to me and my check was not retrieved from the ATM. At what point do I start legal proceedings to get my check back? Now this looks like an intentional theft.

We were lucky enough to meet and get much needed help from a personal banker by the name of Daniel G.Solomon at the 941 S.Havana St., Aurora ,Co. US Bank branch. We believe he went above and beyond his duties in order to help us with many Power of Attorney issues. He was knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly, very patient with us and our unending questions! This young man is such an asset to US Bank, we hope he will be commended! Thank you , Daniel.

Worst branch of US Bank I've ever done business with. Do not trust these people with your finances at all, use any other branch besides this one off Havana.
