Sandy was amazing. She did a great job fixing the terrible mess that I walked in with. She was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her, and I'll definitely return in the near future for my rebase needs.
Cleanliness: The entire place was clean and so was their work stations.
Stylist: Sandy was amazing!

???Supposed to be ombré, they are hideous!!! They were SO beautiful before I went in here.
Just needed a rebase, they still charged $35.
I am now at another salon so that I can get them fixed!?
They also only put a top coat on one hand, my nails are dingy and gray looking!

DON’T go here! They’re unprofessional and overcharge you. Additionally your nail experience is never the same each time you visit. The first time I came I had a “decent” experience. Subsequently my next two times have been unpleasant. My nail shape was uneven and I had acrylic nail debris left on my fingers. When I retuned to have it fixed they charged me $40 for a polish change. There are so many other great nail salons but this isn’t one of them.

The older lady at 11 should not be doing nails. I litterally had to file my nails myself because she said they were done when they were absolutely not ready-to-wear be painted. She didn't even take all of the old color off and then put acrylic on top of it so you can see it through the nails. The design that I paid 15 $ for on top of the extra 15$ for gel, started coming off the very next day. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. And this is the 1 thing I do for myself and now I gotta go spend more money that I don't have to fix my hands. Very disappointed and I will not be back.
Stylist: Do not get chair 11 she is horrible

Joann is the best I have been going to her for a pedicure for 35 years!!! She is so nice and respectful. I love her she watched my kids grow up and now they go to Joann as well. We love you Joann!!

So I been here a few times and they never do the best but never this bad. My normal nail tech was out for a few weeks. Although this last time I went, my rhinestones came off the same day and my nails look like I already need a rebase and this is just the second day. We need to stop supporting businesses like this that’s low quality and the customer service is not good! They will continue to treat us like this if we keep going to them and they pick and choose who’s nails they do good? # boycott smh horrible and won’t be back!
