Went in yesterday to mail off a document. When I went to the counter, the lady working informed me I needed to change one number on the envelope of the zip code ( a 4 to a 9). She made me go to the back of the long line to correct it, it only took 2 seconds. She was very rude and it was so obvious that she hated her job.

Very bad I need help for find my mail, they said it’s not their responsible. I have to follow by myself. Because I got the email from their to let me know” the mail arrived”, and I checked my mailbox it nothing in their and I check with the leasing office still nothing, And then She said I can come to check with the usps for my apt. So I came and they said like this.

Friggin Teresa man!!! Every time I have been there she yelled at me about tape the first time. This time I went in with two large eBay orders for my business. It was a long line but i decided to wait she started yelling at the customers at her kiosk being so nasty. Then proceeds to yell at everyone meaning all of us in line about the packages sitting on the counter that are not ours saying we are all “dumb” and to not leave packages to get stollen! Then proceeds to literally aggressively throw all those packages into the cart. Then when a nice lady asks to use a pen she screams at her that pens are probably in the bucket that says pen! Tauntingly and so incredibly rude! If you read the reviews 99% of the bad reviews on here are all about her I called corporate and made a complaint and that this needs to be escalated! She needs to be fired! This is completely unacceptable! This could turn into a lawsuit! Please fix this usps!!!!!!!!

My experience with this postal location has been nothing short of disappointing. From the mail carrier to the in-office staff, the level of unprofessionalism displayed is truly unacceptable. After previously filling out a mail card—which was evidently misplaced by their staff—I was asked to complete it again. The carrier’s response was not only passive-aggressive but blatantly unprofessional, writing instructions in all caps and demanding that I “FILL IT OUT NOW.” To make matters worse, I was later informed that because I had written “FU” out of understandable frustration on the card, I would now be required to pick up my mail in person. When I attempted to address the matter in person at the facility, the situation only escalated. A supervisor (who clearly lacked managerial training or professionalism) informed me, quite rudely, that they have the right to hold my mail and force me to retrieve it in person if they deem fit. Rather than offering resolution or empathy, the staff seemed more interested in asserting arbitrary authority. It’s no surprise that this location consistently receives low reviews. Their lack of basic customer service, professionalism, and accountability speaks volumes. For a public service that so many rely on, the behavior at this postal box is both frustrating and unacceptable.

I had a truly awful experience at this post office. The woman working at the desk was incredibly rude from the moment I approached her. She offered no instructions or guidance, then acted like I was stupid for not knowing what she needed. When she finally asked for my ID, she didn’t just hand it back, she threw it at me. I was shocked and embarrassed. There’s absolutely no excuse for treating people this way. We all deserve to be treated with basic respect. I hope management sees this and addresses the unprofessional behavior.

This has to be the worst Post office. The staff members at the desk are very rude and unprofessional. The two lady’s Ms.Green I believe and the other lady Trish should not be handling customers the way they do. They told me that the mail carrier doesn’t have time to read customer notes on how or where to deliver packages. This office needs to be audited

Teresa was a horrible service person. She was completely and utterly rude and obnoxious to all patrons. She would talk over each person arriving at her stall, not allowing them to speak and then belittling them if an issue arose or error occurred. I have never felt so disrespected and insulted as a human being before.
I had only been in to a US postal office once before, and the prior time the service man was absolutely lovely and helpful. He assisted me with finding the right envelope for my specified package contents and was very patient. Teresa instead yelled at me and said that they are not a packaging service and that I needed to do it myself (which I understand) however her demeanour was incredibly rude and horrid. Some guidance and patience would have gone a long way.
Once I had my chosen package she requested me to stand to the side to fill out further paperwork and then did not acknowledge me (without further instruction). Her partner then came back from her break and attended to me - I did not catch her name, but she was such a sweet person. Very kind, patient and lovely. I thanked her for being so lovely and a breath of fresh air after experiencing Teresa.

Fata at the Gateway location is amazing - she was so very helpful to me with getting a PO box set up, and is very efficient!
