Never have I been to a USPS with such great efficiency and service. I didnt get the name of the person helping me but everybody had a great attitude, the line was quick, we got in and out doing what we needed to do while also having a great interaction: clerk 10 is the only name thing I got but he deserves a raise

On Google maps it says it closes at 1:30pm I arrived at 12:58 and the manager would t let us in says she closes at 1pm. I stated that it's only 12:58 and she wouldn't let us go in said nope

Worst service ever!They not only didn’t deliver my package but waited 3 days after the delivery date to tell me I had to come pick it up. But there isn’t anyway to get ahold of the store.I called the store, and a robot answered that refused to transfer me to a representative. She hung up on me 3 separate times. I finally called in and said I wanted to file a complaint. She transferred me, where I sat on hold for an hour.Do not use USPS.

The package didn't fit into the mailbox. Instead of bringing to the apartment office or preferably my door notice left to pick up at post office. My husband doesn't get off work until 6. His only day off during the week is Monday, that is if he is not called in. We're both disabled as well so depending on how big or heavy the package is it can be a struggle. (I use a walker so DEFINITELY a struggle). When tried to reschedule a delivery on the app, it wasn't loading and no answer when called the office. As of this review at 230 pm have called a total of 7 times since I received email of it not being delivered at 11 am.

I get packages delivered every few days with no issue. I live in a regular house a block from the mail office. There’s never anything blocking access to my door or house or mailbox. However yesterday I was refused delivery of my package due to ‘lack of access to mailbox’ (I was at home at the time this happened and the mailman just never showed up). I was expecting this item at the date I specifically ordered it to arrive for because I needed it for an event. Everybody hates USPS at this point but what a d*** situation due to laziness.

“Delivered”. At 8:15pm to my front office that closes at 5pm. Did you leave it outside on the street? Call post office directly. “No one to take my call. Call 800 #. Hold for over an hour. Hung up on. Call again. Hold for another hour. Someone will call u. No they won’t. Go into location. Speak to supervisor. Will look into it and call tomorrow. 5 days later. Back again. Does no one work here?

When you give a slip to pick up packages, make sure you're putting the CORRECT Post Office address. It's not rocket science and you'd deal with fewer frustrated customers.

They lost my package. I spoke with DeeDee, a supervisor, & she assured me she would get it delivered that day, that was 7 days ago & the tracking still has not moved. I have called 3 times each day since then & it rings so long it finally disconnects.

Rodney is absolutely a great help! He made my process quick and easy, and even listened to my complaints without question. I'm glad he is the manager!

Post office can't even give me call back like they said about my missing package!! Everytime I call for John "Oh he's not here, let me get your info and he will call you when he gets back" it's been 4 freaking days! Laziness!

Both ladies at the counter were rude and unorganized. The sign says wait until you're called. I was next in line and the lady sat there silent wiping her computer (pretending to be busy ) for at least 4 minutes... Until the other lady had to say I could go up to the counter. The same lady tried to tell me they didn't have shipping labels ... At the POST OFFICE until the other lady said "oh they're over there " over where ? I haven't been to the post office in over 10 years . Both ladies offered no assistance or direction. Held up the line. Let people cut and over all caused unnecessary disarray for everyone waiting. I went in around 1-130 Friday June 9th . I highly recommend reviewing who was working and retraining them on the professionalism and customer service since that's what they are being paid to do. I'll be dealing with UPS for all my shipping needs in the future .

Terrible service, no one knows anything, they refuse to help. lost a package for $110 and say "sorry". I do not recommend using this delivery service. If possible, order paid delivery by NORMAL DELIVERY SERVICE. Too bad you can't put -1 star
