I was very appreciative of the help from the lady at this location. I had to ship an item to India and she gave me recommendations on what to write on the form so it doesn't get questioned by customs but at the same time, doesn't jeopardize my item from being stolen during transit. Greatly appreciated.

I paid TEN DOLLARS to send a birthday card to my son, so that I could ensure he got it exactly on his day...It's been over a week, and it's gone. No one ever saw that card again. This is after I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement and no one anywhere around. But bottom line, the card that meant so much to my son and myself is evidently trash at this location, because it is MIA

this place is awful. i showed up last night to get my passport, but forgot my passport. a man told me that i could come back at 9am and i confirmed with him that i would be able to do so. when i show up at 9am this morning, they tell me i have to come back at 10:30 because i don’t have an appointment, even though i did and i confirmed with the man that i would have an appointment. this has been the worst experience and now im not promised an appointment at all. the woman helping me this morning refused to take me due to the fact that the man told me the wrong information, which is not my fault. so now after wasting about 50 miles of gas on this god awful place, i have to spend another 20 miles and another 20 minute drive there and a 20 minute drive back. i’m absolutely livid about this experience and i wish the worst for everyone there.

I received mail from mid-April at the very end of July. The deliveryman is nice, and I suspect it wasn’t his fault but the fault of whoever held onto my mail for that long.

Black woman with face mask on her face is arrogant and not helpful at all. The hallway with PS Boxes should be open at 6am. Almost never. Today's 7.35 still locked. One star is too much for them.

A company delivered two packages for me to this local branch and sent photos to my phone. At this post office, a reluctant and argumentative black woman told me that I had only received one package and that there was no other package. It didn't help that I showed her the two confirmation photos and the confirmation text in the email. Quite simply, they have no problem to deny their own nose between the eyes.

We got our passport for our daughter today and everything went incredibly smoothly. Vonette (may have misspelled her name) was absolutely incredible! She made the process very enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They have lost 4 packages of mine that said they have been delivered. They refused to pick up the phone anytime i call, so I have lost so much money because I’ve reordered packages without refunds.
I also went there to get a passport, and they were extremely rude to me, and I was unable to get a passport because I did Money, order incorrectly, which I literally followed the directions online gave me.. they could have very well been nice about it and let me know i did it wrong and would have to redo it. But this lady was literally screaming at me.
Not to mention, that place is absolutely disgusting. They had me in the back of some sketchy warehouse.
