Monday morning and they have 1 person working the counter. Just dropping off a package with a prepaid label 25 minutes plus - that is absolutely crazy.
I only had 3 people in front of me. Guy at the counter was slow as a snail. He would also start talking to people that weren’t in line with questions that delayed the whole process rather than having get them in line.
Absolutely worst USPS office.

The post office itself is great but all it takes is one person that has no clue how to provide efficient and effective services that brings their customer service below average and in question. Ed who is a clerk at this post office appears to create his own Policies and Procedures which creates a longer wait time for all the customers. His answer to this is having you go to another clerk or post office if you don’t like the way he does it.

Older white lady with glasses and grey hair has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in customer service. Witnessed her talking shit about myself and other customers in front of my face because we entered 5-10 minutes before close. You are open til 6pm for a reason lady. Not 5:50 or 5:55. If you have an issue with your job then get a new one. She’s lucky I didn’t tell her off right then and there.

If I could give a negative score I certainty would after this experience. The clerk was going to charge me because my pre-paid envelope/bag I received from a distributor was over the weight allowance by 0.1 of an ounce. Not over by 1 pound or even 1 ounce. My package was over by 0.1 oz!
I kindly declined to pay for something like that, took my package to another post office without any trouble.
I understand rules and guidelines, but 0.1 of an ounce is not something you want to be a stickler about. That was ridiculous!

Avoid this place if at all possible. The people who work here are rude, refuse to help and do not listen to the customers at all. Of the 10 people in line in front of me, two people actually got what they came there for, and the rest left angry because the postal worker at the counter refused to help them. He was especially rude to women and people of a different color. Not acceptable.

One of the worst USPS locations in Colorado, hands down. I live within walking distance, but I’d rather drive to Colfax & Chambers or even the Iliff location to drop off my packages. The staff here are consistently rude and just have an overall nasty attitude.
I'm a full-time reseller and ship multiple packages every day. Lately, I’ve been taking everything to the UPS on Buckley—even if it costs me more—just to avoid this place. That’s how bad it is.
And even if you wait in their line forever just to get your stuff scanned in, your package can sit there for 4–5 days before it ever leaves. It’s ridiculous.
Honestly, if I had to pick one USPS location to shut down, it would be this one. Just this one. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

This has to be the worst USPS in Aurora. It’s always dirty. There are no shipping materials out and the workers are rude AF. Beware coming here.

I don't know why USPS leads have not taken into consideration having a conversation with this Ed guy at this location.. he is super rude , no matter how well you smile at him. He is always angry and very rude . In as much we need people to work. Someone like Ed needs full customer service training... He has been working there for years and I am amazed at how most of the reviews talks about him being very disrespectful, super rude. I understand how working on such locations can be stressful but his level of rudeness is terrible. Ed needs to be trained , in my opinion, he thinks it's a place that can't be closed and a necessity so he has to treat customers as nothing.. I wonder how long USPS wants to educate such a disrespectful man at this location.Ed always wears a frown , never have I seen him with a smile or trying to help customers. That's really sad

We had our mail forwarded to a new location out of state on the 22nd of April. They have lost medication and most our mail. Have had 5 or 6 items forwarded and is now June 11. Called their customer service May 30th to see what was going on, and they called a week later and said they had a 3 inch stack of mail and they don't know why it has not been forwarded. They said it would be put in for mail immediately. Well, a week and a half later, I finally received 2 items of junk mail. They must still be using the pony express galloping backwards. Someone finally called yesterday, totally unprofessional and not carring about the situation at all. Said they lost our mail! If I could give them a negative score, I would! I have been using that post for 30 years and it has spiraled down hill. Get some new people in there immediately! That care......

They are never helpful, employees are passive aggressive, never know anything, they go super slow on purpose, there's always 1 or 2 people helping (they never do), run out of basic forms and tell u to go online knowing their online system does not work. What exactly does the USPS do???

My packages were sent back while I was in the hospital for surgery from Cancer. I cannot believe this is the way the postal service operates. Now my packages are not even redeliverable. Absolutely sad.

I went here to ship a package for work. Ed was at the front desk. He frist sent one customer before me away saying her package had to much of a bulge in in the box.
When it was my turn he complained I used the wrong type of tape with attitude. He said i need to fix it after he pilled it up. He proceeded to ask what was in the box before i put my item and the box. Not sure why that matters? I ask if he could put some different tape over it and he said I would have to do that and pointed me to a different area. I walked out instead. Just not very friendly service here on this experience.

I ordered an expensive package, USPS marked it as delivered and delivered it to the wrong address. They denied my claim to get a refund. Ordered another expensive package and once again they delivered it to the incorrect address. Im not sure what’s going on here but it seems like the employees are stealing packages and marking them as delivered. the service here is abhorrent, and this place needs to be investigated. it should never be okay to steal thousands of dollars worth of packages from your customers.
