Awesome service and the ladies who helped me were great. Ari was extremely helpful, kind, and determined to get my new phone working (she did). The other rep who was with her gave my 1 1/2 year old fruit snacks and things to color to hold us over while we waited and I was so grateful! I will definitely come to this location again

I went into the location on Tower road on 9/1/25 , and had the privilege of dealing with Traci. I was leary of going in due to a poor history eith a specific employee. Not only was Traci AWESOME, but she was the only one there. She was handling 4 different customers at the same time with patience, urgency, amazing customer service, and the best product knowledge this far. No one was upset or bothered. All of our needs were being met. I just wanted to give some praise to Traci for her incredible service. I now have my favourite location for all my Verizion needs. Traci is just a gem yall need more people like her in your stores just saying. Thank you Traci for being the Best part of Verizion hands down five 🌟

Customer service at this location is unacceptable. I came in to explore my options for upgrading my phone and allowed Byron to access my account so he could look at my options. Instead, he changed my plan without explaining it or asking for my consent. I only found out because Verizon emailed me while I was still in the store.
Even worse, he changed the plan for both lines on my account, when I was only there for mine. When I pointed out that I didn’t authorize this and wanted it reverted, James jumped in, claiming they were saving me money even though I would lose features and had no idea what I was being signed up for. I stood firm that I did not consent to the changes and wanted my plan changed back so I can leave.
Instead of respecting that, James berated me with comments like: “you don’t want to save money?”, “you don’t care about the other person saving money?”, and “why would you share an account then with someone you don’t care about saving them money?”. I could not believe this treatment and kept insisting my account be restored to how it was. Only then did James finally tell Byron to change it back to the “more expensive one.”
I had to sit there even longer while they called Verizon for help. They were clearly bothered, and at the end of troubleshooting, Byron mumbled at me, “you’re done, you can go,” before walking off to the back. Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
I opted to stay until I received another confirmation of the changes to my original plan, but I was left flabbergasted by this nightmare of an experience. This was the last time I will ever deal with this store. This was a clear violation of my rights, and at the end of the day, you are not the one making my phone payments. Please do better by your customers!!!
