Sr Darsh I loved the service. He kindly attended me. I still couldn't talk to him since he speaks English and I speak Spanish and it was really nice.

SCAM ALERT!!! If you buy a device here they will charge you $39.99 to "set it up" even if you leave with it in the box then you will get a $35 fee from Verizon to "activate" it. You are much better off going to an actual Verizon store.

Darsh oh men. He is a man that has a brain of five. I bought an apple watch 9. I owned it for 1 month and put it on Verizon service as a stand alone device and I talked to 9 Verizon representatives and 4 of them are from 4 phone calls overseas. 3 Apple Representatives because we thought the watch has problems but it was purchase straight from Apple. Finally, after 2 weeks of back and forth with these people. My husband and I drove to Tower branch to hope that there is somebody on this branch has the brain to help us. And hour and half later., Darsh resolved our problem.I was happy. I can finally use my Apple Watch cellular. I cannot be happy enough. The customer service of this guy is top notched, his professionalism is charismatic and his knowledge are effective.

DARSH was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable and really helped me solve my problem. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to go to this store because of the ratings and I wasn't disappointed!

Darcy was one of the nicest, most knowledgeable employees at Verizon I have worked with. He thoroughly understood my issues and one by one he took care of everything. I wish everyone I came into contact with was as good at their job as Darcy is. This guy is going places!!

Darsh was so engaging and personable. I felt so comfortable I would say it was almost like having a family member help me with my phone! We laughed and joked and he made the time that was spent in getting my phone set up and getting me the best trade in for my last phone enjoyable. I almost hated to leave. Unlike any other experience Ive had with Verizon since Ive been a customer and thats been over 10 yrs!! Hes GREAT!

Misleading as a Verizon store, which it is NOT. Great sales people, pushing as much product as possible with total disregard to the customers' wants and needs, so THEY can get paid (could it be any more obvious they're on commission? NO!) "Manager" was absolutely useless until I went way over his head. :rolleyes:In the end I wasted so much god damn time with these clowns, and still lost money on what should have been a VERY simple task. STAY AWAY FROM THESE VICTRA STORES AND JUST GO TO VERIZON THEMSELVES!!

Darsh was did not hesitate to quickly and efficiently switch my phone service to a new device. The store was busy but he had impressive multitasking capabilities and communication skills. He was professional and surpassed expectations. -Thanks!
