We were referred to The VideoConference Store by our UCaas Provider and purchased two video conferencing systems as upgrades for our IT Company in Seattle. We experienced concierge-like customer service from the representative at The VideoConference Store. She provided us with recommendations and excellent solutions, and remained in contact with us throughout the whole process. We even further customized our order after receiving the equipment and our account manager assisted us the whole way through. She was friendly and easy to get a hold of as well. I highly recommend The VideoConference Store!

Unbelievably poor customer service, I placed and order and two weeks later it still shows "Awaiting Fulfillment". After calling 6 times, Greg, the only person who can apparently help me, has been busy every time. I have now left him 4 voicemails over the last week and have still yet to receive a call back or even an email. The last time I called the receptionist put me on hold the second I gave her my name. Also no one in their online chat ever responds to my messages. I will be filing a claim with the BBB against this company
