The prescription was giving me a headache. The customer representative met with to understand the problem, checked the glasses for accuracy, brought a temp lense, tried on me, we went outside the store to see things far away, I also experimented within the store. She also checked the reading portion and made adjustments. She brought temp glasses to assure. She was very helpful. Kudos to her. Excellent service.

The doctors at this location are consistently excellent and very friendly. However, I would advise against buying glasses here. The selection is limited, and I’ve had persistent issues with the quality. Despite being a loyal customer for several years, I won’t be returning. On my most recent visit, I spent nearly $500 out of pocket, totaling around $1,000 with insurance, and the glasses were bad. I can see better with my four-year-old glasses. When I called to complain, they suggested another exam, even though my last one was a couple of months ago.

I wish there were more stars! I have worked with the staff to get glasses for my whole family this summer. I had a few things on my pair that needed to be tweaked due to the progressive lenses. They have been amazing! Everytime I have reached out to them, they are responsive, kind and generous. Praise goes out to Koko, David and the others. I have been fleeced by others in the past with their buy one, get one free. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen.😁
