Getting an appointment is super easy and the staff here are always so nice. Dr. Hugdahl is very friendly, knows her stuff and both my husband and I enjoy our appointments with her. Kat helped both my husband and I get new frames after our appointments. She was so funny, friendly and she knows glasses. Definitely recommend!

It was easy to get an appointment. The Customer service was on point. The glasses selection was absolutely amazing and if I didn’t like what was on the wall, they offered me to look in the drawers, just in case my pickiness overcame me. I found a glasses that are original and that will be my own. I’m super excited for them to arrive. I can’t wait! This is my first time getting glasses in my life and I’m glad I decided to go here to get them. I was injured New Year’s Eve about three years back, and my primary care doctor could not even diagnose my astigmatism… This place took extra time to do a super awesome scan on me and now has me on the road to correct my vision. I’m glad that my daughter told me to come here because of her amazing experience. I found my new home for glasses… And contacts if I ever choose to do so!

The back office personnel are fantastic once I got past the front office personnel. The 3 people working out front need attitude adjustments. They were rude and snobbish with no reason to be (not even attractive). The 2 in the back (doctor and assistant) were knowledgeable caring and efficient. My exam took less time than I expected.

They Purposely misdiagnosed me because they said I failed an important eye test I asked to take it again but they refused insisting I already failed it twice and told me to go to the ER because I could have a tumor in my brain and it would cause me a stroke. This caused me to rush to the ER just to be seen by doctors there who said I was fine. This was the scariest moment in my life that stressed me out which could have been prevented due to the doctor at your location just giving me a retest like I asked. She said she would but ended up not doing it. I was completely neglected and wanted a refund and was not able to get compensation for the wrongful Diagnosis and stress i experienced .

Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful. They are always on schedule and I did not wait at all for my appointment. Alondra was incredibly helpful to help me pick a new pair of glasses. She was very knowledgeable and so patient! She gave me several different options to give me best prices and still get what I needed. Did not rush the process or put any pressure. Highly recommended.

The older woman at the front desk was very rude.Responded to questions like they were a nuisance. No sense of costumer service , i understand why they never have costumers now.

Have had to go to them to fix the idiocy of another store. Wanted to give a shout out to Maria and Bonnie - very helpful, very cool and very appreciated. Should have just stayed with Visionworks in the first place.
