I turned into disposable cameras to be developed which were 27 shots each. I paid for doubles along with a disk, and only received a total of 25 pictures in total. The first representatives told me there is nothing they can do, and that Fujifilm will only develop what they can. Even though half of the pictures from the first batch were developed, that were some even completely blacked out.As I spoke to the manager, James, he wanted to take no responsibility at all, and put everything on Fujifilm, Even though Walgreens charged me the full price. As I asked for reimbursement, he said there is still nothing he can do because it’s through Fuji film. How is Fujifilm going to reimburse me when Walgreens took payment?Walgreens finally did not mention any of this risk at all and our pictures from Europe are now ruined, lost or just gone.Try being a better manager, don’t talk over people and take care of customers that put trust in you.No wonder this place has such a low rating!!! I hope somebody will take notice to the trend!!!

Does anyone at Walgreens care? I feel sorry for the overworked technicians who I know are doing their best for a company that obviously understaffs and probably underpays their employees. Would love to know what the CEO is making? And the stockholders. Always a nice long line at Walgreens but next-door at King Soopers. They have much better service.

This pharmacy is ridiculous!!!! The person named Zac is useless and the male pharmacist “VJAD” is horrible!!! They do not have any customer service and will make up lies even though they are 100% wrong. They have been rude to my wife and now they tried to be rude to me and they didn’t like having it back to them. They do not listen to what your saying instead they tell you that your lieing and hang up on you.

Strong accented staffer that goes out of her way to misunderstand you. Oh, I see I'm not the first.

The pharmacist I spoke to today was very rude. It’s not my issue they are short staffed. Go somewhere else folks. The pharmacist told me I couldn’t get my meds today because she was short staffed and she wasn’t work any harder than she had to. I explained I’m out of the med and have been trying to get it filled thru them and she said it wasn’t her problem and it might be ready tomorrow. Called the one on Buckley and Smokey Hill and they have no issues filling it. Whoever this pharmacist (female) is at this location needs to be fired. She’s awful

They will hold your order and not provide it to you if it's out of stock. I've tried five times and zero luck. They are currently still sitting on my insurance payment but don't have my medication and won't let any other pharmacy fill it.

First off I must say a tech that works there named Shay is so helpful and pleseant to talk to, if I was rating on her it would be five stars all day. Unfortunately she's not always there and they're under staffed which makes it a nightmare to try and get a refill. Their automated phone refill system cancels your refill if for some reason the insurance won't cover it even if it's something cheap. It's so frustrating. I suggest ordering refills a week before you need it cause it rarely gets done in a day unless you stand in line for 45 min and tell them you need it.

I wish I could rate this location ZERO STARS! I have been coming to the pharmacy for 3-4 years and I am appalled with my most recent visit here. There was only the manager and the pharmacist working and they were very busy, I waited in a long line very patiently waiting for my flu shot. When I got to the front the pharmacist told me I wasn’t on her schedule and I must be at the wrong location bye! I pulled out my confirmation with the address and she wouldn’t even acknowledge me anymore. She was too busy telling the guy behind me she couldn’t help him and the people behind him the same, she couldn’t help. So what the hell exactly could she do? Why does such a rude and useless pharmacist work there then? I hate it there and will never step foot in that store again. BYEEEEE

The pharmacy was closed, I can not pick up my prescription and, the manager send me to another location. The service on the pharmacy is running very bad since a long time ago. Definitely I will switch to another location.

I had surgery today. They sent in my prescription for painkillers at 2 PM. The doctor recommended that I take them before I go to bed. It is now 7:45 PM and they said they will not be able to fill it tonight because they are too busy giving Covid shots to come in the morning. My wife asked if they could transfer it to another store and they said no because it is a narcotic. Thank you Walgreens I will be in pain tonight. Unacceptable.

The worst pharmacy ever. Refills never filled on time or they completely cancel the order without notice.

Way too many bad experiences at this pharmacy. They're always rude & never have the prescriptions ready. Go somewhere else if you can. Absolutely Terrible.

Pharmacy always takes so long. Best to try and get prescriptions anytime that isn’t post work time

I wrote originally how slow they were. Then I bothered to ask the gentleman helping me what was the situation? He told me his helper called off. He was actually the pharmacist and fulfilling every role they had that day. Filling RX, helping people at the regular window, helping people at the drive up window, and answering the phone. I immediately felt bad for the review I wrote about this one man trying to do it all. And he wasn’t even complaining, he wasn’t trying for sympathy. This is unacceptable for him. Walgreens can afford to pay more staff so if you have one person call out sick, the business can still run. I hope for his sake he looks elsewhere to work where he’s not dealing with this. The original ignorant post: I’ve sat in line at the drive thru as the car at the window now for 15 minutes while no one has even acknowledged me. There’s one person working on a Saturday. Now they finish and are helping someone else who got there after me. Still no acknowledgement.
