Went to the Walgreens at Iliff and Peoria in Aurora. Melissa was awesome. She provided excellent customer service.

Terrible place to send your loved ones. I hope they treat the elderly better than this.
If you call concerned about a pill shortage and do nothing more than ask questions / inquire as to if they could get more in any way, they will tell you, and I quote "Boo hoo. Poor baby needs his -pillnamehere-" and "stop crying about your -pillnamehere-" and then the managers wont take your complaint because they worship the guy youre complaining about. Then you call corporate and cant get anyone on the phone to tell you why the district manager hasnt responded to the first case number. So now its public. Wasted 2 hours on the phone to try and get your company to own up to their wrongdoings to no avail -- This company is a silly and immature group of incompetent swine -- absolutely pathetic

WORST PHARMACY OF THE CENTURY. The pharmacist SCOTT PENCE was extremely rude and condescending and had the audacity to tell me that “IF” he decided to fill my Rx I’d get a notice. This is after my doctor called in an early refill for my sleep medication because I lost it in a move. Who does he think he is, GOD? I’ve been a 30 year customer of Walgreens pharmacies and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars there only to be treated like this. I’ve reported him to the CO Board of Pharmacists . Everyone should do the same. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE EVER. I know I won’t ever again.

This place closes earlier than the posted time. If you're going to close early, please post the correct time online so people don't waste their time. If someone is going to a pharmacy late at night, it is due to necessity, and time becomes a very valuable asset.

I arrived at 8:52 PM on Thursday may 30th 2024 the store states it closes at 11 PM. 2 others were there as well. The lady knocked on the door to the two employees working there, a middle age black lady and a 17 to 19 year old guy. She asked of they were closing the store early and why. The woman just looked up said "yes" and ignored us. All three if us didn't want to make things bigger and we left.
My mom had driven me to pick up formula and she had gone from the driver seat to the back to care for my crying infant child. I tell her we need to go to another store she gets out of the car to go back to her seat to drive and she almost falls. She has a Ford explorer and she is 5 feet even. The walgreens lady looks at my mom and goes "You hit my car?!" And my mom in her limited English goes "no, is ok". The lady raises her voice and goes "I'll watch you go in yours. Make sure you don't hit my car again, idiot"
I am mad cause no one talks to my mom like that, but with a crying infant who just wanted food and limit sleep I told my mom to ignore and to leave.
This is how you treat customers?! Closing early and calling us idiots?

The least you could do is let the paying customers use the bathroom… considering we have to listen to one of your employees constantly talk bad about his wife and marriage.

The checkout lines are long and cashiers are slow. Customer service is abysmal - there's not enough staff which I get is tough, but when you finally get to someone and ask for help (like picking up a photo order) they act like you are asking for world. Yeesh. Not coming back here unless I have no other choice.

What a mess!! They have locked the restrooms to customers!!! I used to shop here at least twice a week. I asked the manager if you would let me into the bathroom, this gentleman has seen me for months and months, and he still said no because homeless people and drug addicts have been in there causing problems. So instead of doing the right thing and allowing paying customers that they know, to use the facilities while shopping they've eliminated the convenience of having a restroom in a store. Any place that punishes everyone for the actions of a few are on the wrong path. They have lost a customer that has been shopping there for a long time. If you're a parent and you have a young child that needs a diaper changed you will be out of luck. Whatever happened to good customer service and the old saying from any establishment that said we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone?
