Walgreens has really gone down with customer service in the pharmacy, they play dictator with your medications and cause issues with you getting your meds. The first time I got a text message saying my meds were ready and I went to get them and they said they didn't have it and didn't want to look at the text, I needed my meds asap and they denied me my meds because I told the pharmacy assistant that I needed my meds and I was only there because of the text, the pharmacist said he was denying my meds and they caused me to miss my meds for over a month. And now, I have been having my meds delivered to me to avoid the poor customer service in person, last time it was late this time I was told that it was 1-2 days and that was 3 days ago. Called yesterday since it was 2nd day to see if I needed to look for the delivery and was told FedEx had picked up my narcotics and were being delivered yesterday, never happened. Called today to get answers and was talked down to by whoever answered the phone and he said that FedEx can hold the narcotics on the truck for 1-2 days. Really? Picked up my meds yesterday (2nd day) and delivery is past the window given. The condescending man on the phone was trying to threaten me with not getting my meds if I didn't accept his inept explanation for why my meds are a day late. I am going to switch pharmacist for all my meds from now on, Walgreens pharmacist are not professional and I have more scenarios that I don't have enough space to write about, tired of them playing with my meds.

I went to go get my medication and I was told it wasn’t ready and they will send me a text when it was. I didn’t get a text until 6pm when they were already closed. I needed the medication that day too.

My husband and I went in for our covid boosters (Sept 26, 2023). The wait was very short. The medical assistant (Hanna) did a great job and the injections didn't even hurt. EVERY employee we talked with was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend this Walgreens!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I'm writing this review to warn others of this pharmacy's malpractice. I've been consistently refused my full medication due to them telling me only half my prescription is covered by insurance. I called my insurance and they said that I'm completely covered and they don't know why this Walgreens is refusing to give me my full prescription. I've tried to explain the full situation to the staff and the head pharmacist wouldn't even let me speak, saying that there's nothing she can do and continued to blame my insurance. Once I got my insurance on the phone with me to talk to the pharmacist to ensure they weren't discriminating against me, I was told " Oops looks like a system error" and they gave me the rest. However, when I returned for my refill the next month I was once again told that "my insurance doesn't cover my full prescription." I highly suggest for your health and safety that you choose a different pharmacy, I've had 0 issues filling it now that I've switched pharmacy's. This pharmacy will continue to put their patients at risk, rather than admit fault or try and work with you to solve the issue.

Was professionally ignored by 7 different employees behind the counter. I am not kidding after 5 minutes someone finally asked \"are you here for a pickup?\" I said no I have an appointment, this lady told me to go through the drive thru for my test, I have gotten a covid test from a Walgreens pharmacy and I remember the email telling me they were doing drive thru only covid testing. But the email I received for this particular test told me to go to the counter. Then I pull up in the drive thru and this lady acted like she didn't just see me inside the store 2 minutes ago. Then when she went to process my insurance she asked if I was sure this was my primary insurance. And in an extremely patronizing tone said yeah this says that it's your secondary insurance. I then said but it's the insurance I get through my company... and the she says ooooh! Ok! We have been going through covid for 3 years now and this girl acted completely clueless and treated me like I have no idea whats going on. Walgreens, should be ashamed of your pharmacy staff, I would give them all 5 stars for their ability to professionally ignore customers. It is ridiculous that you have signs all over your pharmacy telling customers to be nice. It's a form of professional gaslighting when your staff gets upset when people are mean to them, when YOUR STAFF isn't even courteous to the public.

Scheduled pharmacy appointment for my parents (ages 81 & 87). Arrived for the scheduled appointment to find the pharmacy closed - no phone call advising us it was closed due to staffing.

Waited over an hour past my vaccination appointment. The one poor staff they have at the pharmacy sincerely does not have the capacity to care. I'm actually still sitting here waiting... was just told that I'm lucky as the wait earlier today was over two hours. Wonder how many people didn't get essential medication today, as they couldn't wait in line that long or because of the many messed up prescriptions in this store.

Criminally understaffed and those that were there were just not good at managing the long line of people waiting for vaccines and prescriptions. If you can't staff adequately, CLOSE and shift what staff you do have! Helps customers and doesn't burn out you employees...

Worst service ever. They said they have short staff. Please help this people do their job. Yesterday I waited more than 20 minutos on the drive through for pharmacy and no one attended. Also called to the pharmacy number and waited for 30 minutes and no body answered. They do not have good customer service either. Do something to help this poor guys to do their job correctly!!

As a prescriber the pharmacies we work with are crucial in helping our clients be successful! Today I was on hold for an hour and 45 minutes before we gave up. The shortage of staff is real but something needs to change in order for doctors offices to be able to contact the pharmacies.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I waited on hold for over an hour for them to turn on an automated system that says they will be on lunch for a hour. I have waited since the prior night for my prescription with no one to help or fill the prescription. I am in pain with high fevers and they are holding up the healing process! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. low staff in the whole store and the pharmacy is the worst. If I could give zero stars I would.

Walgreens corporate needs to offer more attractive pay and benefits to pharmacy staff. They are overworked. There isn't enough staff to answer phones, handle the over booking of appts, and the volume of prescriptions. All locations are the same. And many have stopped weekend hours. With $billions in profits, they can afford to attract workers to meet the demand.
