This is the worst place ever! When only black people work here, nothing gets done. Nothing runs efficiently. You think you will spend less than 2 minutes can take 30 minutes to check out. And it doesn't help that the degenerates who are basically dependent on welfare cannot even pay on the card they were provided.

If I could give them negative one stars I would. The first issue I ran into with this Walgreens was my lithium prescription. When I went to refill my meds I only noticed after I got home that lithium wasn't included in the pile of meds they gave me. I called my psychiatrist office, asking if I was supposed to get that or if there was some misunderstanding. They said I was supposed to, so I had to go back and manually tell them and wait for them to refill it.The next time I picked up my meds the same thing happened! I asked about my lithium and they said "lithium?" as if they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked them to check my file- they told me it would be take least a day for them to refill it. When I came in two days later to pick it up, I tried to ask if they could make sure that it got refilled with the rest of my meds, but the lady couldn't give me a straight answer. She said that it got refilled based on when I picked it up so if I wanted it refilled with the rest, I would have to call and remind them. But I also asked if it would get automatically refilled *at all* since the last two times I had to specifically ask for it to get refilled- and she didn't have an answer to that.I also need lithium in order to be able to safely take most of my other meds, since they can interact badly without it. So if I can't have lithium I can't have anything. But the other thing, that annoyed me enough to write this review- is what happened with my new prescription, I believe it's called Androgyne. So Androgyne is basically a testosterone patch that is prescribed to trans masc patients. This was going to be my first time on testosterone so I was very excited. The doctor who prescribed it told me I would probably have to wait at least a day for them to fill it and everything; so I came into the pharmacy the next day, but the attendant told me they were having it delivered and that it would actually be one to two days. Cut to two days later, it was the morning before I had to work. I don't have a car, and my original plan was to take my friends car to the pharmacy because she mentioned that I could take it- but when I woke up she had taken her car. So I had to walk, even though this might make me late for work. But I didn't want to wait a second longer for this. I needed it. Since everything is spread super far out in the suburbs, a two minute drive became a 20+ minute walk. (Each way)Now in hindsight, I should have called to make sure they had it. I'm not mad that they didn't have it yet- after all, 'one to two days' could have meant that it would be ready the afternoon of that day not the morning. But when I asked the attendant when they would have it, she didn't say "this afternoon" she said Monday or Tuesday (it was a Saturday) so now I'm hearing that it would be *at least* two more days.So who do I trust? The lady who said it would be ready today at the latest, or that lady who told me I would have to wait another three days for necessary medication.I work in customer service, I understand when this kind of miscommunication happens and usually I'm sympathetic. But this is healthcare and they can't make mistakes like this. Without this medication I'm depressed and less functional. I shouldn't have to wait for it, and I definitely shouldn't be lied to about when it'll be ready.

I've been going to this Walgreens store for over six years and I have been very patient with shortages and delays until today. Today I was double charged for insulin I was waiting for 2 and a half weeks. When I showed the manager my bank statement showing that I was double charged, he denied and kicked me out of the store telling me to simply dispute it with my bank.I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another store. Not Walgreens!

Terrible photo service. Third time I've tried and they are either lost, don't print at all or incredibly slow service.

Don’t waste your time here for the fedex option or western union. Completely worthless.

Worst service ever. They never have your photos ready or have lost them or didn't try hard enough to locate them. Rx are never ready for pick up either. Terrible customer service. I understand every business is under staffed, however, your employees shouldn't take out their frustrations on customers.

It’s thanksgiving day, so I understand a change in hours. My complaint is that this Walgreens among many nearby was the only one to not update their hours online on even on the store front. Called to find out they open at 9:00

Worst pharmacy ever. They need corporate support. Store is dirty, shelves are unstocked and employees are not helpful because they are overwhelmed. Do better management.

Trying to call in prescriptions is a nightmare. The most recent issue I've been having with this location is on the tech has no idea what she is doing. The pharmacist was on lunch and she wouldn't take down a prescription. When I asked to be transferred to the voicemail so I could leave a voicemail for the pharmacist she she she couldn't bc she didn't know how to. Called back 10 minutes later when the pharmacist was back from lunch and was repeatedly placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then didn't even let me know they would be with me Asap they would just pick up the line and send it straight to hold. This is extremely irritating when calling from a Dr's office for patients to get their prescriptions.

Do not come to this pharmacy. They are rude and unhelpful. Then told me to go to a different pharmacy due to the mistakes they make. They keep messing up my prescriptions and don’t want to help you what so ever. Every person I have come into contact with is awful.

The WORST Walgreens!! They don’t allow you to walk in to the pharmacy and the drive thru line is always wrapped around the corner. Want to call to verify your order is ready? Be prepared to sit on hold for an hour or more!! Choose king Soopers or Walmart.

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I have been on hold for over an hour, there is typically no pharmacist there when I go and always have to use the drive thru. I have been trying to speak to someone regarding transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy all together yet, even that pharmacy could not reach Walgreens pharmacy. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Absolutely disgustedAlso after waiting to speak to someone for over 20 min now and when they answered they hung up.
