It's rude to keep getting disconnected when you phone for information. Enhance both your audio teller and customer service abilities. When using the phone line, they were both an issue.

Shout out to the sweet pharmacist who went above and beyond to help me get my medication approved. Backstory. I am here longer than anticipated due to an heath issue of a parent. I ran out of meds. After 3-4 phone calls back and forth and getting the runaround this pharmacist called my insurance and got a " vacation refill" and called me back to let me know my prescription was ready. I appreciate you. Pharmacy facts:1. They use call centers. I was routed to a call center on my initial call. The operator was helping me and hung up on me. . 2. Vacation Refill: if you are stuck at a location away from home pharmacy, they can issue some meds to cover you till you get back.

This location is NOT open 24 hours, if you contact the only 24 hour Walgreens in Denver they will confirm that the Peoria and Mississippi location is not open 24 hours, yet their sign in the window says 24 hours and so 4 other people like me are sitting here in our cars for pickup and the doors are locked and no one is coming out. I called the other store and they've been getting complaints from several customers.

Horrible ، nothing is ever ready on time , the app says one thing employees say another , never pick up the phone.

This pharmacy came to my rescue after the location on Iliff and Chambers closed early and turned me away. So grateful for the great customer service on the phone as well as when I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my prescription. I could tell they were busy but they still helped me so quickly and were kind. The other locations should take notes.

Save yourself the headache people, and don't bother going here! I have had now multiple bad occurrences, across the years with them and simply answering the phone. I recently called, as I hadn't heard any status of my prescription, my doctor had filed for me almost 5 hrs earlier. The automated system told me they didn't have any prescription for my phone number, which was wrong, so I called to get a live person. Well I was put on hold, with 2 people in front of me, then it dropped to 1, then it was me. At this point I was on the phone for maybe 30 mins. I continued to wait for my turn but it never came, constantly on hold. Finally I gave up and drove to the Pharmacy, waiting in line for about 15 mins or so. When they finally called me up, I threw down my phone in anger. I had been on hold for almost 100 mins, to NO answer. I was given the usual \"we are short staffed\", which I get, fine. But they had no problem answering the phone for the 2 people in front of me. I hated to be the j**** I really did, but this is ridiculous. I thought after a year or two after the spike in COVID, they'd be back to operating like they used to, but no. Save yourselves the headaches, there's a pharmacy near by, called APEX Pharmacy. I should have had my prescription sent there, because the lady who works it (sadly her name slips my mind), is awesome, and helped me out once before when I had an issue like this (even waiting on hold for over 90 mins with Walgreens to get my prescription transferred, and then realizing they were still trying to bill me for an unfilled prescription)

I happen to go in your E. Mississippi Walgreens' location on Black Friday (afternoon) with relatives running some errands. At the time of waiting in line there was only one cashier ringing customers up and more than half a dozen customers in line ahead of us. After waiting 5-10 minutes and seeing the manager come out twice. I thought surely that he would open another register after seeing the long line. There was one employee stocking the shelves near another register and another employee walking around. I was puzzled why one cashier had to ring all these customers up without any assistant from the manager? After seeing the manager the third time I ask if he could open another register because of the long line. The manager finally sent out another cashier in the photo department, Michael. Michael was a bit rude to one of my relatives when she was about to checking out, which escalated the situation of already tense moment of waiting in line. In witnessing this first hand the store needs improvements with their customer service and management. Not a store I would recommend to go to.

The store is a massive disaster area inside and out. Trash and waste all over. Many store shelves empty. Food refrigerators almost empty. Very long wait times. Extremely understaffed.

Literally a nightmare to fill prescriptions here. Just changed where I am filling my prescription. They are severely understaffed, nothing has been filled on time and today they messed up my insurance and charged me for a prescription that has been covered by my insurance (and filled at this Walgreens) every time before.

I am on the phone for a refill, the automated system doesn’t work so I am on hold. It is exactly 1 hour. Guess it is time to change pharmacies.

One On Every Corner....... the visible parts of this entire store are disgustingly filthy. I wonder how clean employees can work around so much filth!! Filthy, dirty, nasty. No pharmacy/ medical supply store should be this nasty. See photos

Is zero stars available? The pharmacy never receives the prescriptions that the doctors send in, so you have to have them sent twice. The pharmacy will not even try and fill the prescription until you respond to the store. They refuse to answer phone calls to check on a prescription. Once at the store the dive thru is always closed. Once inside the store you will find 20 people in line. Once at the counter, they will tell you that the prescription is not ready, even if the app says it is ready. They will tell you that it will be ready in 15 minutes. After an hour you get back in the line that is still 20 people deep and 30 minutes long. If you ever get your prescription, just take it and never go back to Walgreens. Trust me, every other pharmacy in the state will do better!!!!

The drive-through is almost never open, you can rarely get anyone on the phone (the one time I did manage to talk to someone, they couldn't even help me because the computers were down), and it took so long to get help with a prescription transfer that the prescription expired and couldn't be filled anymore. I will do my best to avoid ever going back to a Walgreens and recommend the same to anyone reading this.

This is hands down the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I've worked in a pharmacy. The wait here makes exactly no sense.
