Frequent delays and even got my order wrong before when the online refill request tool is very specific. Had to call them multiple times when my order was overdue. They caused me to run out of my meds on more then occasion.

The girl that takes passport photos is horrendous. She’s rude and unprofessional. If a sloth is slow, then she’s slower. What an attitude!!

I feel like corporate and management doesn't understand how the world works now.
If you keep treating customers poorly, then don't be surprised as more of them just use evil Amazon for pharmacy needs.

The site is ALWAYS busy and not enough pharmacists. Drive through is always shut down. Line of at least 5 people every time. Most Walgreen locations are like this and its super frustrating as some insurances choose your pharmacy for you.

I understand that your workers need a day off. But the schedule should be written so that each employee gets days off, not written so that the entire pharmacy is closed on a SUNDAY. Some of us work during the week. I myself get to work hours before the pharmacies open during the week and leave after they are closed. I need the pharmacy to be open on the weekends so when I go to the Dr on Saturday (the only day of the week that I can) and they send in a prescription, I can pick it up the next day instead of waiting an entire week to be off on a day they’re open. This is a pharmacy, not a chick fil a. It is important that you are open outside of regular business hours!! Now I’m about to go into work Tomorrow with an untreated UTI bc this location is closed on Sundays and I can’t get my meds until next week!! Probably see you guys next weekend with a full-blown kidney infection

How can you be closed during the day? It's 1:50 pm? Not to mention when my Dr calls in a prescription to be filled right away I have to wait for 2 days. Then I come in and wait for 45 minutes? This is the most disorganized store I've ever been to. You all are messing with peoples lives. I've been without meds and do not have an easy way to get here and you're closed? ???? I guess it's time to take my business elsewhere because obviously your store and management does not care about their customers. It's not just today. It's every time I come here!

Shout out to Kendall the Pharmacist and the team! This is a very busy Walgreens and I could see how this pharmacy team could get overwhelmed. But they are friendly & patient every time we interact with them. They genuinely care and want to be helpful. Multiple times they put the effort into answering questions & making sure we got the items we needed. We chose this location for the drive thru option but we are staying because of this customer focused team!

But they are friendly & patient every time we interact with them. They genuinely care and want to be helpful. If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars, I would. I switched to CVS 12 years ago after Walgreens deleted my account while I was going through cancer treatments, and then we moved to Colorado, and my insurance company will only fill prescriptions from Walgreens. Well, I've had to fill 4 prescriptions since January, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to go in and inquire about my prescription. It has taken 2 - 10 days for every single prescription. For the previous prescription, the doctor called in two (30 day) prescriptions because of how the insurance requires it. WELL I got a phone call saying they couldn't fill the prescription because of insurance issues. The issue was the pharmacy technicians apparently couldn't read and realize they were trying to fill the two prescriptions at the same time. Flash forward to the next prescription -- I was just told by the person working at the pharmacy that the prescription was CANCELLED by yesterday's pharmacist but she doesn't know why and "doesn't understand how the system works". I didn't receive a phone call or any information. Oh. Em. Gee. I'm going to die because the people at this pharmacy cannot do their job.

If I could give this Walgreens NO stars, I would!!!! Do not have your prescription sent to this pharmacy, especially if it's something you depend on like an inhaler or something you absolutely cannot live without. This pharmacy takes days and days and has zero regard for their patients or their health and safety. Absolutely the WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Oh and plan on constantly being told your prescription is out of stock, or better yet, the pharmacy doesn't have a PHARMACIST!!!!!

We needed to get vaccines and a new prescription filled. There were some issues with our insurance that the staff took on as a challenge! They did not give up - they kept trying. I was told to give them an hour to try and get things fixed. I got a call back within 45 minutes that all was good. Mission accomplished! Thank you to the entire staff for going over and beyond, but Neda certainly deserves a big THANK YOU from us!
