I'd rate this location zero stars if that was possible. Let me begin by mentioning the staff is rude and unresponsive, and that is if you can even find one of them to help you. The pharmacy in particular is dangerously understaffed, with only one pharmacist and one technician working in the busy evening rush hour on a Monday night. Both the line inside and the line in the drive-thru outside were extremely long, so expect at least a 30 minute wait until one of the few staff members decides to help you. The tall, long-haired male technician from the other night was working both the drive thru and the inside register, was clearly unknowledgeable, and refused to offer much help to resolve the issue I was having. The blond, female pharmacist refused to even acknowledge me at the counter. It's amazing that it's legal to operate a busy pharmacy with this dangerous level of understaffing, and it's only a matter of time before they make a mistake and dispense the wrong medication to someone. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you can.

Ridiculously understaffed. One very flustered young man handling a long line in store and the drive-through. I waited in line, had one question and he told me to go to consultation. I went to the consultation window, person there was completely useless in answering my question and told me to get back in line. what?! I wait another 40 minutes only to be told they don't have the cold medicine I want. You couldn't tell me that when I was in the consultation line? I mention that they should probably take the tickets out of that slot then because it's misleading and thé young man with the long hair (I wish I had gotten his name) tells me they don't have control over that. Really? Is this how you want to handle this situation that you guys have terribly mismanaged?

First off I must say a tech that works there named Shay is so helpful and pleseant to talk to, if I was rating on her it would be five stars all day. Unfortunately she's not always there and they're under staffed which makes it a nightmare to try and get a refill. Their automated phone refill system cancels your refill if for some reason the insurance won't cover it even if it's something cheap. It's so frustrating. I suggest ordering refills a week before you need it cause it rarely gets done in a day unless you stand in line for 45 min and tell them you need it.

I wish I could rate this location ZERO STARS! I have been coming to the pharmacy for 3-4 years and I am appalled with my most recent visit here. There was only the manager and the pharmacist working and they were very busy, I waited in a long line very patiently waiting for my flu shot. When I got to the front the pharmacist told me I wasn’t on her schedule and I must be at the wrong location bye! I pulled out my confirmation with the address and she wouldn’t even acknowledge me anymore. She was too busy telling the guy behind me she couldn’t help him and the people behind him the same, she couldn’t help. So what the hell exactly could she do? Why does such a rude and useless pharmacist work there then? I hate it there and will never step foot in that store again. BYEEEEE

They will hold your order and not provide it to you if it's out of stock. I've tried five times and zero luck. They are currently still sitting on my insurance payment but don't have my medication and won't let any other pharmacy fill it.

The pharmacy was closed, I can not pick up my prescription and, the manager send me to another location. The service on the pharmacy is running very bad since a long time ago. Definitely I will switch to another location.

I had surgery today. They sent in my prescription for painkillers at 2 PM. The doctor recommended that I take them before I go to bed. It is now 7:45 PM and they said they will not be able to fill it tonight because they are too busy giving Covid shots to come in the morning. My wife asked if they could transfer it to another store and they said no because it is a narcotic. Thank you Walgreens I will be in pain tonight. Unacceptable.

Way too many bad experiences at this pharmacy. They're always rude & never have the prescriptions ready. Go somewhere else if you can. Absolutely Terrible.

I wrote originally how slow they were. Then I bothered to ask the gentleman helping me what was the situation? He told me his helper called off. He was actually the pharmacist and fulfilling every role they had that day. Filling RX, helping people at the regular window, helping people at the drive up window, and answering the phone. I immediately felt bad for the review I wrote about this one man trying to do it all. And he wasn’t even complaining, he wasn’t trying for sympathy. This is unacceptable for him. Walgreens can afford to pay more staff so if you have one person call out sick, the business can still run. I hope for his sake he looks elsewhere to work where he’s not dealing with this.The original ignorant post: I’ve sat in line at the drive thru as the car at the window now for 15 minutes while no one has even acknowledged me. There’s one person working on a Saturday. Now they finish and are helping someone else who got there after me. Still no acknowledgement.

I had come to Walgreens in desperate need of a prescription for my son. It is experiencing a nation wide shortage and Walgreens was the third stop in my search. The female pharmacist at this location was rude and abrupt. She had no empathy at all for a mom desperate for her child's health. I will never use this store again.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow, but its not the workers that make it that way. They are incredibly understaffed. The person running the counter is often also running the drive thru. Be prepared for everything to take twice as long as it would at a normal pharmacy.

Well I must give credit when credit is due. No one was online and my prescription was delivered immediately without any incident. All that being said I only gave them 4 stars because this is not my consistent experience. It’s usually the same as the 1 star comments before mine. But today happened to be good!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy. The lines when you go to the pharmacy will take 45-60 mins. Some of the pharmacy technicians aren’t sure of what they are doing and rather stay in the back talking about nonsense to the pharmacist than take care of the customer (hence the long waits). Attempting to call this pharmacy as a patient is completely upsetting. You will be on hold even if you call right when they should “come back from lunch”. I have been on hold for over 2 hours just to have a female technician pick up, not say anything, then put you on hold to ultimately have your call automatically terminate.If they are understaffed, they’re also incompetent. Save yourself from the hassle of the poor service and avoid this pharmacy at all costs!
