Always understaffed, almost impossible to reach by phone, walgreens is saving via their chat bots, but losing customers, not very smart. After a wait, and getting through, after picking up the phone and leaving it open for minutes, they hung up on me. Good riddance Boots Alliance. Amazon, Costco, Safeway, Walmart, etc - are going to eat your lunch.

The only reason why i am giving this three stars is because of a man named James who was nothing but curtious, kind, and helpful. On the other hand, this woman named Susan is nothing but rude and unprofessional. When i was in there the other day i over heard her yelling at James. Susan should be fired.

I came in late around 7 pm and the stuff at the time of closing helped me since my father had a surgery and I was going to take his medic even at the time of closing they wait for me and made the medic ready for me I don’t know how to thanks them the night shift at closing time was the best the drug store stuff was really good and wonderful stuff and above and beyond ??

My wife and I received our Covid and flu shots yesterday it went well. I had no or veery little soreness which is common. My wife had a worse reaction but subsiding after 36 hours.

I guess I’m not alone in thinking this location is awful. I ordered my prescription for same day free delivery over a week ago. It got stuck in their system and when I called they couldn’t care less and told me free delivery ended this week so I will have to pay now. None of these people should have a customer facing job.

I didn't think I could have an experience this bad in a Walgreens. Terrible costumer service from the pharmacy and had to wait for a cashier at the front once I finally got what I needed. I will go 711 over this location.

I order 207 4x6 prints at the 15320 E Hampden Ave Aurora location. When looking at my photos, I had several from another person order, many of mine were defective and jammed up on the corners. I also was missing several pictures. I went back to get some assistance and was rudely dismissed by the male cashier on duty, might have been the lead or manager. He said nothing he could do and I could reorder all 207 of them. I feel a discount or at least an apology would have been kind. Highly unlikely to come back or recommended services at this location. No one has time for unkind & rude service.

The pharmacy failed to refill my prescriptions timely causing me to miss doses almost every month. The pharmacy repeatedly notified me prescriptions were ready for pickup only to tell me that they were out of stock when I arrived the next day. My attempts to reach customer service were regularly placed on long holds and then disconnected instead of taking my call.In trying to use the pharmacy at this location for over a year, the hours were not always consistent or convenient, and I had a prescription refill delayed in 10 of the last 12 months. Most instances were because they tried to refill the prescription extra times, or they failed to communicate with the prescribing physician, despite saying they had. After missing doses in nearly every such case, I switched to a different pharmacy and called Walgreens to cancel. They canceled their request to refill, allowing the new pharmacy to complete the refill. Two weeks after the refill was completed, this Walgreens sent me a notification that my prescription was ready for refill triggering a red flag for my insurance and possibly causing another delay due to insurance approval.When I tried to respond to the automatic text for help according to the instructions, it said my response was not understood. When I tried to call, the pharmacy was listed as "temporarily closed." When I tried to speak to someone else at the store, I was on hold for about 5 minutes, then someone picked up the receiver and immediately hung up on me.

Went to print pictures of my kids to share with my mother for her birthday. Uploaded the photos at the kiosk. The machine said it would be ready by 6:12 pm. Waited until 6:15pm 5/21/23 to retrieve my photos while the Walgreens employee was sitting there on his phone with no acknowledgment of me at the Photo Booth, finally witnessed a customer at the register, helped them. I had to walk up to him and ask for help at the Photo Booth. He told me that the kiosk time would never be accurate and my photos wouldn’t be ready. Thankfully they were! It shouldn’t be up to the customer to get these employees motivated to provide customer service or to blame machines for “why” photos aren’t ready. If the machine provides a time for pick up, that pick up should be ready and on top of that. I shouldn’t have to ask for help when the customer and the employee are pretty much the only ones in the store! Poor customer service at its finest!!! I’ll be taking my photos elsewhere to be printed…

Terrible place to get your medicine they close abruptly and the staff isn’t exactly nice. I would recommend any other pharmacy. I’ve seen drug dealers with better customer service. They need to fully staff and have better customer service I would give them zero stars if it was possible.

Second time I went to pick up photos that were supposed to be ready for pick up and they hadn't even started processing them. Why even quote customers on a time for pick up? Maybe just text me when they are ready instead of wasting my time and making me commute in the snow for no reason?

James at the register is absolutely lovely and very helpful. I often find that the staff here are quite friendly recently —- but the pharmacy hours are ridiculous and the wait time on phone and in line can be atrocious

Peter sucks lucky charms was $1.99 I showed him he wouldn't honor it raggedy employees honor your signs not customer fault the signs are messed up . Your suppose to honor the price it states smh

Absolutely atrocious. They will put you on hold for ~45 minutes and then hang up you. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU GET MEDICATION REGULARLY. Walgreens as a whole is nearing an absolute breaking point but this store in particular is so poorly run it’s insane. It would be more excusable if being a pharmacy wasn’t their entire business model. I implore you to take your prescription fills to any place on this planet than Walgreens.
