This store sucks!!! It’s overly dirty and never clean when I go into the store/ unorganized. When I went to use the bathroom it was a mess in there. The customer service sucks here. I placed a order for pictures and I showed up a hour later of when they were supposed to be done, once I gotthere the photos weren’t even ready, and the lady had a attitude with me the entire time. Rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone at all. If I could I would give this place zero stars.

Very disappointed. Arrived at this location at 10:30 this morning to have passport photos taken. Was the told there was no one available to help me because the staff was unloading a truck and that it would be at least an hour before someone could help me. Why offer services that you can't fulfill?

I went to pick up my order yesterday and was waiting over 20 minutes for curbside pickup. I have a disability and struggle to walk; I use an assistive device. After waiting over 5 minutes, I called the store as instructed and no one answered. I called back and again, no one answered. I had to go into the store. The manager on duty was Jose and he wasn’t apologetic at all. Walgreens probably shouldn’t offer curbside pickup if they aren’t able to provide curbside pickup services and staff should receive diversity, equity, inclusion, and sensitivity training.

The customer service is horrible here they're very rude when you ask them a question they don't speak up when they do speak to you they get aggravated with you when asked more than one question. I had bought something on the clearance rack and the cashier wanted to argue with me about the price the only reason that I got it for the price that it was posted was because there were others there at the same price what happens to you never argue with the customer?

Don’t order photos from here because they will cancel your order for no reason and won’t send you emails to let you know. When you go to pick them up you’ll have to wait a very long time for a manager with an attitude to tell you that they don’t have your order.

If I could give them negative one stars I would. The first issue I ran into with this Walgreens was my lithium prescription. When I went to refill my meds I only noticed after I got home that lithium wasn't included in the pile of meds they gave me. I called my psychiatrist office, asking if I was supposed to get that or if there was some misunderstanding. They said I was supposed to, so I had to go back and manually tell them and wait for them to refill it.The next time I picked up my meds the same thing happened! I asked about my lithium and they said "lithium?" as if they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked them to check my file- they told me it would be take least a day for them to refill it. When I came in two days later to pick it up, I tried to ask if they could make sure that it got refilled with the rest of my meds, but the lady couldn't give me a straight answer. She said that it got refilled based on when I picked it up so if I wanted it refilled with the rest, I would have to call and remind them. But I also asked if it would get automatically refilled *at all* since the last two times I had to specifically ask for it to get refilled- and she didn't have an answer to that.I also need lithium in order to be able to safely take most of my other meds, since they can interact badly without it. So if I can't have lithium I can't have anything.But the other thing, that annoyed me enough to write this review- is what happened with my new prescription, I believe it's called Androgyne. So Androgyne is basically a testosterone patch that is prescribed to trans masc patients. This was going to be my first time on testosterone so I was very excited.The doctor who prescribed it told me I would probably have to wait at least a day for them to fill it and everything; so I came into the pharmacy the next day, but the attendant told me they were having it delivered and that it would actually be one to two days. Cut to two days later, it was the morning before I had to work. I don't have a car, and my original plan was to take my friends car to the pharmacy because she mentioned that I could take it- but when I woke up she had taken her car. So I had to walk, even though this might make me late for work. But I didn't want to wait a second longer for this. I needed it. Since everything is spread super far out in the suburbs, a two minute drive became a 20+ minute walk. (Each way)Now in hindsight, I should have called to make sure they had it. I'm not mad that they didn't have it yet- after all, 'one to two days' could have meant that it would be ready the afternoon of that day not the morning. But when I asked the attendant when they would have it, she didn't say "this afternoon" she said Monday or Tuesday (it was a Saturday) so now I'm hearing that it would be *at least* two more days.So who do I trust? The lady who said it would be ready today at the latest, or that lady who told me I would have to wait another three days for necessary medication.I work in customer service, I understand when this kind of miscommunication happens and usually I'm sympathetic. But this is healthcare and they can't make mistakes like this. Without this medication I'm depressed and less functional. I shouldn't have to wait for it, and I definitely shouldn't be lied to about when it'll be ready.

Went in to pick up a photo order that was placed a couple days ago I went to the front to ask the cashier for help and let her know the order was notified ready a couple days ago I was just late picking up, the whole interaction she was rolling her eyes at me and trying to raise her voice at me I asked for her name since she told me I had to come back and she rolled her eyes and her neck at me and said Melinda she’s not very professional at all. She even answers the phone with an attitude and raises her voice at customers over the phone.

Went in to pick up a photo order I went to the front counter to ask for help the lady was being extremely rude she was rolling her eyes and neck at me on top of being rude to my daughter. She was raising her voice at customers over the phone when I asked her name she got an attitude and proceeded to roll her eyes at me and look at me like I disgusted her and said Melinda. This lady is very unprofessional and should not be in customer service if she feels like this is adequate customer service because it is most certainly not.

The shopping at this location an employee insisted that she wants to hold onto my items that I was shopping for. I don't know how legal or illegal this is but I imagine that this service here at this location Walgreens is very poor and sad I don't appreciate the customer service I had received I will be taking this to corporate level.

I just had a recent experience with this Walgreens, and it was deplorable. I will be taking my mother's prescriptions anywhere else besides this Walgreens they felt it necessary to continually put me on hold forever when I was trying to get information on my 93 year old mom. They delayed prescriptions because they're just too lazy to get you the right information as quick as they can. I'm shocked that Walgreens allows this to happen their reputation has gone to the toilet.
