The pharmacy here rocks. They stepped up and managed the good rx app for me saving me over a hundred dollars. Fabulous. All my prescriptions were ready on time. The store was a bit trashed. The cold/flu aisle understocked. Maybe they had been robbed? Boxes and bottles were on the floor or randomly thrown on relatively low stocked shelves. The employees were cool. The parking lot was a little dark where I was able to find parking. The prices of store items were high compared to the grocery. However, great pharmacy.

We went yesterday morning 1/9/2024 to pick up a prescription in the pharmacy. We went through the drive thru, the woman in the drive thru was rude and disrespectful, she had an attitude and seemed she did not want to be there. She should not be in that job if she does not know how to do customer service. We needed a medication for our son and she treated us like we were stupid. We asked her to talk to the manager and she said she would not call the manager and that she would not help us. It was very unfair situation, and she made us feel very bad. Walgreens please hire more competent people.

I would give negative stars if I could. Forget ordering photos from this location. They always lie and say they are out of paper but never communicate to let you know what is going on with your order. Always extremely short staffed. The employees that are there are rude more often than not. Sad.

I hate this Walgreens so much. Always short staffed cause they can’t pay people. A pharmacy is an essential service and they’re not even open when you need it. It takes days to fill prescriptions go anywhere else.

Just like all the other trash Walgreens locations. Why do I keep going into them even when I'm desperate they're useless

Pharmacy is rude rude rude! 4 staff laughing and joking. No line yet it took 4 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Here for a COVID shot appt. They laughed and said they had no stock. Didn’t even apologize that I had an appt and they didn’t have the courtesy to cancel. Typical of all Walgreens stores. No wonder they are floundering. .

The manager of this location should be ashamed! They posted a sign right next to the register saying employees aren't allowed to rest "AT ALL" during their shift and no sitting down or leaning on the counter is allowed. You have to be an actual piece of trash to treat workers like this and whoever posted that sign deserves less in life.

I used to have a 5 star review of this store but things have changed drastically and I see why others complained. I came into the store on 3 occasions and there was no one at the register and a line of people. The assistant manager said they couldn't help at that time. I told him if you can't then close the store if whatever is so important needs done. It's customer service is lacking and I can't imagine what is more important than waiting on customers buying items on their time. It's bad enough that they're not open 24 hours anymore but when they're open it's always a long wait and a headache. I think cashiers should be able to answer questions if needed or have the decency to direct the customer to someone who will know but every time lately I feel challenged by the clerks unability to answer or do a referral. I'll go by bus the extra distance to not go to this store from now on. It's terrible. I'm so happy I have my prescriptions filled elsewhere because this stores employees have a bad attitude. They used to be my favorite store but they've got rid if every clerk that I liked. I don't understand why it's so awful but it is.

This is a 1-star review because I am sitting in front of Walgreens at 12051 e. Mississippi, and can not give them my money because they make so much money they don't need my little 40 bucks. they don't need yours either because if they did they would honor their posted hours. This is not a one-time thing it was really bad during the pandemic and it seems like they have kept the business practice.

Shout out to the sweet pharmacist who went above and beyond to help me get my medication approved. Backstory. I am here longer than anticipated due to an heath issue of a parent. I ran out of meds. After 3-4 phone calls back and forth and getting the runaround this pharmacist called my insurance and got a " vacation refill" and called me back to let me know my prescription was ready. I appreciate you. Pharmacy facts:1. They use call centers. I was routed to a call center on my initial call. The operator was helping me and hung up on me. . 2. Vacation Refill: if you are stuck at a location away from home pharmacy, they can issue some meds to cover you till you get back.

Walgreens pharmacy has just gone downhill. They have over billed my insurance and now I am having issues getting my prescription filled when I am out. The pharmacy is never open at all stores as they don’t have staff. Rude customer service that hangs up on you. They just need to close their pharmacies as they are useless. CVS has my business now.. I would give them 0 stars if I could

Avoid the pharmacy. Plain outright discrimination. Because of my tattoos. Couldn’t answer my questions. No sense of accountability. Rude, unpleasant. But karma is a female dog as well.

This location is NOT open 24 hours, if you contact the only 24 hour Walgreens in Denver they will confirm that the Peoria and Mississippi location is not open 24 hours, yet their sign in the window says 24 hours and so 4 other people like me are sitting here in our cars for pickup and the doors are locked and no one is coming out. I called the other store and they've been getting complaints from several customers.
