I have called 4 times beause I need my meds refilled. They have hung up on me 3 times now, AFTER I was waiting on hold for multiple minutes. Still have not even spoken to someone as they keep hanging up. Terrible customer service

I would give them zero rating, worse Walgreen I have ever seen. Pharmacists are so rude, I had to wait more than a hour in drive thru and still didn’t get help. Worse employee and worse place to get medicine from. You have to wait more than a hour in drive thru and still your medicine is not ready. Worse worse worse place

Everytime I come to this pharmacy, they are always so rude no matter who helps you. I've been coming to this pharmacy for almost 3 years and always the same rudeness with every pharmacy stuff. Only once there was a lady who was nice but I dont remember her name. They always cut you off , give wrong information. Pretty sad.

If zero stars were possible, that's what I would rate this pharmacy. I have never once went to pick up a prescription and had it be ready. It's always, come back in an hour. Ummmm, it was sent over 24 hours ago. Will be switching pharmacies so maybe one less customer can help them keep up with their demand.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude and they will tell you to come back in an hour for your script and if it falls during their lunch break you are waiting another 30 mins. If they ask you to come back during the their lunch break they should tell you that they are going to be closed for half an hour that way you don’t waste your time.

My god now I see why this place has horrible reviews. This is the dirtiest Walgreens I have even been to and the staff hides instead of trying to help people and the staff for the pharmacy are useless and get upset if you have any questions for them. They have horrible attitudes and could care less about helping you.

The single worst Walgreens you will ever encounter. Homeless encampments behind the store by the dumpster, trash everywhere, teenage workers who just stand around gossiping instead of helping or acknowledging guests, forget if you need help with anything. Drive the extra 10 minutes to ANY OTHER LOCATION to save your sanity.

I should have looked at reviews before dropping off film. Still waiting since 9/15/24. Called corporate and furious and finally someone said Thursday. We'll Thursday has come and gone. Guess they are tired of me calling the store 3-4 a week asking if it's in. Staff does not know how to answer the phone correctly. Hey and yo is not professional. Maybe someday I will get photos. Pray 🙏

Obviously this is not for corporate to see because they will do nothing at all to remedy any situation. For the love of God my fellow humans DONT go here. You will never get anyone on the phone that has any sense...doesn't matter what time a day it is. Once you get to this disgusting pharmacy it's no different. Rude, condescending and unprofessional. Know that corporate could care less about your concerns because as long as they have a warm body to work they won't fire them. My son went to get my meds and I never thought I would have to CHECK count my meds like a freaking McDonald's order. They had STOLEN half of one of my scripts. It's funny how all the others were there except sleeping meds. The only thing I know to do is hit them where it hurts and that's in there pocket. Don't use them. Prayfully they are one of the ones getting shut down so Ashley and her goons can sit and wonder how to pay there mortgage while I sit here and NOT wonder where my meds are. Be careful...be very very careful. Go to Walmart...ALOT CHEEPER!

I'm so sick and tired of sitting on hold for more than 10 minutes just to get someone on the phone that has no idea what they're doing! They're so busy that they can't take a sec and check my meds correctly! I asked when a med would be ready..girl says it got called to the other Walgreens... not true! I had to call them and guess what they said..?! It's at the one I called in the first f n place! I've been on hold for more than 10 minutes again! I'm switching pharmacies immediately! One more thing.. I was a lead pharmacy tech in the hospital and retail. I would never treat people like they do! Soooo frustrated!

I only go if I find an ad for a sale otherwise Walgreens is completely overpriced and their Pharmacy doesn't work with almost any insurance
