Ebony, and Isabel are amazing! They always help if I can't find something, and always offer great customer service! They are very nice and ITS ALWAYS so refreshing to see there smiling faces.

My son and I had to get our passport photos taken. We came here last week. There was a friendly man working here by the name of Guy. He said he was sorry, but he was the only one working, and was unable to do photos at that time. We called the location up the street, and their machine was down. Guy overheard my conversation on the phone. When I hung up, he said he could try to take our pics, but if people came to the register, he would need to go help them. I told him we weren't in a hurry. Guy really bent over backwards for us. He was so friendly and accommodating. Walgreens is extremely lucky to have this young man as an employee, and he deserves a raise! Thanks again Guy! You rock!

Beware of this store, my credit card information was stolen after shopping here. The card had not been used for weeks, and suddenly after shopping here the criminal went on a shopping spree in the same area.

My husband and I went in for our covid boosters (Sept 26, 2023). The wait was very short. The medical assistant (Hanna) did a great job and the injections didn't even hurt. EVERY employee we talked with was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend this Walgreens!

The Walgreens Pharmacy at Peoria Street & Iliff Avenue in Aurora is WONDERFUL due to the SUPERB pharmacist named Cody and the SUPERB pharmacy technician named Randy. I am very grateful to Cody and Randy for their very high level of knowledge, professional expertise, extreme kindness and OUTSTANDING assistance.

You know the pharmacy is nice when you are told, this is a new prescription let me tell you about it.So I go to pick-up 3 of them 1 new & 2 old ones. I noticed she gets them from 3 different locations. Puts in front of me and says have a nice day or something like that. I ask did one come out of the refrigerator, she said YES it need to be refrigerated. I say it's a new prescription what do I do. She points to the bag and said it's written there and to go to youtube and look up this drug to learn how to use it.5 days later I get a voice mail asking how everything is with new injection drug and if I have questions please ask.I did on day one and in my opinion was told to GO FIGURE IT OUT YOUR SELF.

On July 27, 2023 at 9:20 the cashier wouldn’t let me load my cash app with my debit card. I have completed this transaction before at a Walgreens, so I know that it’s possible to complete at a Walgreens.

Had to go here for passport photos, and Ebony was awesome. She got good pictures of the baby, which is hard to do. She's fun, great customer service attitude, just a wonderful experience 100% because of her.

They are consistently out of the same items. Over a 3 week period I spoke to several clerks, one of the managers and asked to speak to the person that does the ordering but they declined to come out of the back room. Save yourself time, and drive a few blocks down the road to any other store that stocks items they claim to sell.

People’s medical conditions and medications are PRIVATE. Today I went in to fill my prescription and the person who attended to me yelled my prescription out so that everyone within 3 aisles could hear what I needed. Come on! This is absolutely a HIPAA violation.

Don't waste your time. After making sure this store did passport photos, I walked in and asked the cash register lady if someone was available. She radioed to Lisa for assistance (multiple times) before I was told that passport photos were not available. When I inquired when they were available I was told "I don't know whenever Lisa feels like it".......excuse me, but that's unacceptable. I understand being short staffed but you still have to provide the basic services you advertise are available.

They won’t tell you their pharmacy stock over the phone but every other pharmacy on earth will. Felt like they thought I was a fraud or trying to cheat them out of adderall. Said I needed to be there in person with my written prescription to be told if they had 20mgIR Generic Adderall in stock… never been told that before in like 5 years of picking these meds up. Also they are hugely out of stock across the country. Do you think I have all day to drive to every pharmacy and show paperwork instead of just making phone calls?Thankfully Walmart pharmacy had the medicine we needed and they let us know over the phone to avoid driving all around gods green earth looking for some necessary pills. Thanks for making me feel weird for calling to ask about adderall even though it is a real medication that lots of people use daily and not just something to be abused.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I'm writing this review to warn others of this pharmacy's malpractice. I've been consistently refused my full medication due to them telling me only half my prescription is covered by insurance. I called my insurance and they said that I'm completely covered and they don't know why this Walgreens is refusing to give me my full prescription. I've tried to explain the full situation to the staff and the head pharmacist wouldn't even let me speak, saying that there's nothing she can do and continued to blame my insurance. Once I got my insurance on the phone with me to talk to the pharmacist to ensure they weren't discriminating against me, I was told " Oops looks like a system error" and they gave me the rest. However, when I returned for my refill the next month I was once again told that "my insurance doesn't cover my full prescription." I highly suggest for your health and safety that you choose a different pharmacy, I've had 0 issues filling it now that I've switched pharmacy's. This pharmacy will continue to put their patients at risk, rather than admit fault or try and work with you to solve the issue.
