Having to properly go through the steps of getting antibiotics to stop an infection but being help up 3 days because that's how long it takes for this pharmacy to fill is actually threatening to your health. Never again.

The register didn't give me a chance to enter my rewards card and when I asked the cashier she said it was too late since 'the receipt had already been printed'.Seems that two star rating is well earned.

They need to shut this place down they did a remodel, but forgot to remodel the employees. They suck. They are rude. Every single one of them has no customer service whatsoever. Oops, except for two girls don’t know who they are but I will definitely say those two out of everybody are the nicest however, I haven’t seen them in a while, so I hope they got away from all of the stupidity at this store… I will no longer shop at Walgreens no longer do you deserve my time or money!!!!

We sent a photo order through the Walgreens app to this location to get pictures enlarged for my father's funeral. When we went in to pick them up 24-hours after the allotted time that they were supposed to be ready, we were informed that they couldn't do the order because their poster machine was broken. We did not receive a phone call or anything about this when they received our order. So, heads up, if you want photo enlargements or a poster, I'd highly recommend a different location or just going to Walmart's photo department. Thanks for nothing during an already stressful week, Walgreen's.

Set up an appointment to get my flu shot. Drove all the way there just to see a paper sign on the pharmacy that said they were closed for the day. Would've been nice to know that before I went all the way there and set up my appointment.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever used across the U.S. They are so understaffed that the can not maintain their posted hours, operate the drive thru or answer their phone. They have had my prescriptions which I have needed for several days but no staff to fill them. Avoid this location at ALL costs!

The pharmacy staff are nice, and it is not their fault, but they are so understaffed! I had a vaccine appointment at 4:10 and finally got the vaccine at 4:55. They had two employees working and at one point the line for the pharmacy was over 10 people long. How does Walgreens expect two people to give vaccines, fill orders, and also help customers? I also had an issue recently (before I switched pharmacies) where I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes. I feel bad for the staff.

I've done my best to bare with this pharmacy through years of dysfunction but after 20yrs of exclusively using Walgreens pharmacy, I'm done. I know it's not the pharmacy staffs' fault, it's corporate greed, but they're messing with people's lives. It takes days and repeated phone calls to get meds filled, you sit on hold for over 30min, they'll tell you it'll be ready later then you show up and they closed early, so many issues. please be nice to the staff as they're doing their best, but Walgreens corporation needs to prioritize patient care and staff over profits.

12 people in line, 1 and a half hour wait at the pharmacy, all customers are only picking up. They will not answer drive though customers. This is ridiculous both employees took 10 minute breaks while we were in line. Please do something about them. I'd like the number to corporate this is agregious. 10 minute breaks between customers.

I would say that this crew is out to lunch, except that's a disservice to hard workers on lunch break everywhere. A clueless monkey circus is perhaps the better characterization. Disinterested in serving waiting customers, committed to grievous chit-chat between co-workers, & a seeming lack of curiosity to solve things like the photo self-service kiosk - these were the high-points of my client experience. Seeing a long-time pharmacy employee equally frustrated with the lack of front-of-the-house engagement for her own issue?! Well, that was the nail in the coffin for me before walking out the door.I won't be back, even though this location is more convenient for me.

Always understaffed. If the website says they can give vaccines or print pictures, it's wrong. Have been sent here many times with confirmation emails just to have the staff say "sorry we don't do that here". Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly but I can't blame them the store is in shambles.

This store is horrible. The manager Sean is unresponsive and disrespectful. The employees have out right lied to me on multiple occasions when I call to spoke with the manager. I receive the run around everytime I call.Walgreens does not stand behind the products they sell. It is now a respect and incompetence issue. This has been going on since 5/30/22. Terrible service!!!I will avoid purchasing anything from Walgreens again! You all should do the same! We cannot continue to allow mechants to mistreat us!Concerned Customer!

Absolutely the most lazy employees ive come across. Needed a passport photo and one of the lady working in the photo center told me she isn't doing pictures today!
